Fantastic experience: Aaron at Quick Fit Doreen is Exceptional !! From the moment I walked in, Aaron made me feel welcome and motivated. His energy is not only very positive but his genuine care for an individuals progress is brilliant. Aaron took time to understand my goals and tailored my workouts to be both challenging and achievable! His knowledge and expertise is evident in every session and he always ensures that exercises are done with the correct form (which I really appreciate as previous gym instructors I have had have not done this). Additionally, Aaron creates a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. He has helped establish a community at the gym which makes the experience even more enjoyable :) Thanks Aaron! You’re the best

Fantastic experience: Thank you Aaron and Jake for offering such a seamless experience with the joining. Absolutely elated to be part of QF network of gyms. At first I was hesitant to join as I wasn’t aware of membership terms and conditions (especially suspensions and cancellations) and also I don’t normally see any fancy joining offers from QF which other gyms such as AF and SF offer quite frequently. When I walked into the gym, I realized that much of their effort is to keep the membership cost affordable without compromising on the upkeep of equipments and quality of their service and less (may be none) on marketing gimmicks. They have limited staffed hours but I was glad (rather surprised) to know that their response rate is very good even after hours. Thank you Jake for walking an extra mile for us with the family membership setup process. Jake was enjoying his holidays with the fam at Qld when my husband dropped his initial query about joining but without any rush or hesitation he took his time to chat (could hear Jake’s kid in the background playing with him) and didn’t even push my husband to join. My husband had some tough questions but Jake answered them all so positively without interrupting the playtime with his kids. Jake took a note of our challenges and customized a plan for us and said that he would keep the plan reserved for us and we could take our own time to assess, compare and decide and in the meantime if we had any questions then he was more than happy to be contacted anytime as per our convenient time for any further clarification. Way to go Jake. Shows your commitment and passion for your gym and care for your members, which was the main reason that we went with your gym. Had a head strong start and now looking forward to enjoy all the benefits of membership. Heard good reviews about your PT sessions so look forward to grabbing that shortly as well. In short, joining or not joining this gym is your personal choice and each individual/family has a different goal but I highly recommend to at least chat with Jake and Aaron before making your final decision if you are searching for a gym.

Fantastic experience: THEY'LL HELP YOU SEE THE POSSIBILITIES, JUST ASK! Selecting a Gym is not an easy process especially for someone like me who has just moved to a new place, has not been exercising at all (not even walking), heaps of fitness clubs around throwing all different offers and all seem equally enticing, however, yesterday I made an informed decision to join QF Doreen. I have taken up 12mo upfront membership plan and I am looking forward to start my fitness journey from today. In my decision making process Jake, the Gym owner, played a huge role as a Trusted Advisor and NOT as a Sales person. Where Jake won the race against other Gym owners is that he is perhaps the only one who paid good attention to my personal goals and challenges and always left me with information and choices without bugging me to join (mind you it took me 3 weeks to assess my situation and compare QF with other gyms). I like the fact that they don't have any hidden cost or rules, and Jake and Aaron have set high standard of customer satisfaction where their care for each individual is quite evident. They Gym looked well maintained and filled with good vibes. I met Aaron who helped with the quick signup process. Even at such a busy time he patiently answered all the questions and issued the fob key before even I made the payment. When I asked if I could pay half now and rest after a month, to that he said "no worries, I Trust you. Your membership is all set for 12mo and you can access any QF network gyms 24/7". His focus was on my requirements and not on the revenue and to me it was a clear indication that I didn't just select the right Gym but also a genuine advisor who can help me meet my personal goals. This is a feedback on my joining experience and it's not a paid post. I just think this Gym is a bit under-rated and the word of mouth will only help potential new customers narrow down their choice to this gym and REMEMBER in case of any doubt JUST ASK! Who knows they may be able to bend some rules keeping your best interest in mind :) I'll post another feedback after a few months of workout and until then I look forward to making new connections in the Gym. Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym since April 2024 and I've had nothing but the best experiences. The gym atmosphere is incredibly family-friendly, and the owners, Ina, Jake, and Aaron, are absolutely fantastic. Whenever I've had questions during my trial period, I've received prompt and friendly responses. The owners genuinely care for the members and make you feel like family. This gym has everything I need, and it truly stands out among all the gyms I've ever been to. The customer service is exceptional, and I absolutely love it.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING SERVICE we had a worker named Jake helping me and my family absolutely awesome

Negative experience: Horrible horrible horrible dont ever go there. Way too small , like there are literally no equipments there. No supervisor or staff on site . Which is yk is always amazing cause i know how to safely use every equipment Very hard communication . Apparently there is only one staff that comes on Tuesday afternoon , so if you want to make s membership ( terrible decision ) or cancel the membership , you have to do it during then . to cancel the membership they need like a month notice , and apperently also a reason . Like It is non of your business Let’s be logical , the price here is around $10 a week . The price in Crush or jetts is the same , but the difference is for crush and jetts you get value for money , they actually have a workable gym. IF U WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF THEN BY ALL MEANS GO THERE

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the gym family since pre-COVID and have loved every bit of it. Jake and Ina met me and my wife at the front desk on my first visit and made the signup process really quick and easy. The facilities have been well kept, clean and maintained at all times ive been there, even the crazy 1am in the morning workouts. I love the atmosphere there too, I feel like i belong there with everyone else and not an outsider because i don't fit a certain look or body structure. During COVID i felt supported as well with the club sending me workout reminders, challenges and updates via email. The staff and the members are awesome and friendly too, always giving their time...ive had workouts extend past what i had planned for just because ive had really cool conversations with people who ive just met asking workout questions that i assumed i was the only one asking. I'm happily still a member of this gym and would recommend this to anyone who just wants to be somewhere where they know they belong and are cared for.

Fantastic experience: I used this gym for two weeks when I was based in Doreen. Everything about it was enjoyable. Signing up to use the Gym was effortless and the one instance when my pass didn’t work, I made a call and the person at the other end let me in without hesitation even though there were some issues with my banking account. His priority was to ensure that I could do my workout and not be delayed- really appreciate this and it also shows the management’s great customer service. ThE gym itself is a small but sufficient space with good quality equipments. There werent any workouts I couldn’t do there and it was clean and I felt comfortable during each visit . Really appreciate that they accommodated me for my short stint in melb. Everytime I am In melb I will definitely head there. My thanks to the wonderful team and the management !

Fantastic experience: A niche gym that lacks thankfully the usual grunters, equipment hogs and showoffs; whatever you need for a workout is on site at your pace and at your time. TVs and mic a plenty while you work out. 24 hour access is a bonus for shift workers like me. Well lit, plenty of onsite parking, so safe for out of hours fitness. Go with a staff program or just let loose with your own. COVID smart too.

Fantastic experience: What an experience from the minute I walked in through the doors of quick fit health club Doreen, I was welcomed by the owner Jake so professionally, I just knew this was the place I wanted to train in!! I highly recommend this gym, the owners are hard workers and dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals!

Negative experience: My wife and I were excited to find out more about the gym and we were keen to sign up as the website looked great and promising. Only to then experience a terrible first impression as we walked inside. The guy at the desk didn’t know about any group classes and after we mentioned that it was advertised on the website he then said that they possibly offer it, but he wouldn’t know as he was „only working on the desk“. He said that it would be better to call to find out more information. He wasn’t clear about the membership fees. In general he made us feel as If he didn’t care at all. Also he wasn’t wearing a mask either, even when there was a obvious sign on the welcome desk! Extremely disappointing!

Fantastic experience: I joined Quickfit when it opened and I'm really happy with it. It has pretty much everything you need, the staff are great and its the cleanest gym I've ever been to. Jake and Ina are always happy to help.

Positive experience: Great gym. Needs more fans near the treadmills, especially when Sun is beating in. Great overall, very happy.

Fantastic experience: Located near Doreen Riverston Mall, has limited space and machines which serves the purpose of a quick workout,however doesn't have machines for Abs workout,2 free sessions with an instructor is given when signing up and no locking contracts.this gym is handy for the locals around Doreen. Keep up the good work!!
