But from day one, the coaches made me feel completely welcome and supported. They’re incredibly kind, never judgmental, and genuinely invested in your progress—even down to making sure you're getting enough protein! I’m truly grateful to have found this place to begin my journey . The gym is always spotless, and the equipment is versatile and top quality ✨. Their classes are efficient and designed for all fitness levels—I get more done in a 45-minute session than I usually can in two hours on my own

Fantastic experience: Best affordable Female gym, with Coaches that are down to earth and have a great sense of Humour. Love how all classes are available on whichever package you purchase. Love Step class and Cycle class has such motivation for a great cardio burn workout. Cannot forget the Reformer Pilates studio, absolute best and most affordable in whole of Melbourne.

Fantastic experience: Best women’s only 24/7 gym in the northern suburbs! Group classes, machines, childminding and REFOMER!!! All I can say it WOW to this gym, the classes, childminder and atmosphere is just beyond words can describe. The admin (Iman and Rayan), Couch Gada and KF (Kadijeh) herself are so welcoming/ helpful with no judgment. Not only them being amazing people but the childminder Houyda, she’s has the most amazing and kind hearted soul, she treats the kids as her own, they legit call her Aunty! You think they are amazing, you haven’t met the members they are so welcoming, supportive and not stuck up or intimidating, they make working out in group classes fun and enjoyable. Plus if you don’t like group classes or they don’t fit in-line with your time, you can always use the different machines KF fitness has to offer. I’m currently 9 weeks postpartum, The reason i signed up to the 8 week challenge was to step my foot back in the gym. I didn’t want to go full balls to the wall and sign up and not see the atmosphere or actually enjoy it. But gosh, I love it I have no regrets. My postpartum depression was so bad I didn’t want to wake up in the morning or even start my day it got so awful, I was having suicidal thoughts. Yet KF Fitness makes me want to get up and start my day not only to better myself but get fitter/ stronger and HAPPIER for my three kids. Plus An extra bonus it’s amazing to start my post partum journey with KF herself with a realistic body, and not SlimJim. Someone that understands REALISTIC struggles with losing weight like binge eating. KF is so welcoming and willing to talk. You can have a deep conversation with her with no judgement. Kf doesn’t just care about herself she cares for her community that she built. KF purchased reformers for her clients, she wasn’t needing them for herself as she loves lifting weights , but she listened to her clientele and now Refomer beds are in the studio. My favourite class was step but now Refomer takes the cake. In conclusion this is definitely the best women’s only gym in the northern suburbs. Only 3 weeks in and I am definitely signing up after the 8 week challenge.

Our makeup was flawless and lasted all day through dancing and sweating. Professional pros on time and super organised, super clean, super lovely personalities. Cant wait to use there services again even if it will cost me to book them on a private jet to a destination. Fantastic experience: Love love love …great vibes amazing coaches the facility and members and everyone in it are so welcoming.I’ve been to a lot of gyms and I can tell you the girls here are amazinggg it’s been 6 weeks since I’ve started and I feel the best I’ve ever been in a long time. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Kf studios it is a makeup studio as well as a gym for women in Broadmeadows such an incredible hidden gem!! My overall experience here was great the staff here are amazing everyone is really bubbly and welcoming and give off such amazing vibes making clients feel comfortable and able to genuinely have such a good experience here. The studio it’s self is very accommodating as there are bathrooms and a place for women to get changed and a coffee machine which is amazing. Me and my family were very happy with the services we received here. It was our second time coming and we got our makeup done and it was a very fun experience that we all enjoyed the staff are very fun here and are constantly making you feel welcomed and beautiful. There is always music playing and the vibes are just 10/10. Not only is their service amazing but the makeup skills as well the makeup was done very well and lasted the whole night and they constantly ask for client opinion which I liked a lot so that they could ensure we were happy by the end of everything. Definitely recommend coming here

Negative experience: I had the worst experience ever. All they care about is your money. Whenever i tried discussing some issue that I was going through they didn’t pay attention at all. They only contacted me when they needed payments. I didn’t go gym for almost 2 months for a genuine reason, every time I tried reaching out to them they’d leave me on seen, and they still charged me for those 2 months, they never asked me why I didn’t come, I trusted them when they said ”We promise to guide you, we promise to support you” all this was just a lie. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Very disappointed at their behaviour.

KF STUDIOS you literally shut my mouth with perfection. Everything was flawless, our makeup lasted all night. Our face were complimented all day. We love you khadije and nisa for ever you guys deserve the business golden awards and ill be the first to vote. Thank you guys soo much

Fantastic experience: Kf Studios is honestly the best gym I have ever been to. The coaches are so knowledgeable and extremely kind. It’s my second home and has everything I could need, so much amazing equipment that I get to use 24/7 the only ladies gym that you could go to at your own time. It’s always clean and maintained, the fitness classes are so fun with heaps to choose from and I’ve never felt stronger. They even have a salon upstairs that does makeup, hair and hijab styling. Fantastic experience: Honestly can’t compare this ladies only facility to anywhere else. Awesome gym, brand new gym equipment, so clean, great classes and great trainers! The makeup, hijab and hair salon upstairs is phenomenal. Really professional and super talented wouldn’t go anywhere else for my events.
