Fantastic experience: One word - Exceptional !! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with open arms by Tina and the incredible team who have built something truly special. The atmosphere here is electric – filled with motivation, kindness, and community spirit that’s hard to find. They know how to push you to be your best while making sure you feel supported every step of the way. There’s something magical about those early morning workouts – the energy, the vibe, the people – it sets the tone for an amazing day. Fantastic experience: Love training at F45 Mincho, the vibe not only during training sessions but also outside of the studio is 100% why I love this gym so much. Though living 25-30 mins away & despite having 3 F45 studios closer to me than mincho, I still make the trip & keep my membership with F45 Mincho because I love the environment, trainers push hard but always help me with the right use of equipment & technique and most of all I feel a sense of belonging because of the welcoming & bomb owners & everyone that walks through their doors. I think it's important to be able to connect with the people you interact with on the daily not just inside the studio. Our fit fam have also become family which is awesome. I don't always show up to training lol even some days I don't feel my best but once you get yourself there & start training, you leave feeling like a whole new person & feeling so much better while struggling to breathe all jokes aside! F45 Minchinbury is the best gym ever, hands down ✊ & I 100% recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: Best F45 I have seen in the area. I’ve been to many around and the vibe and atmosphere just isn’t the same. The community, the coaches, the never ending support from everyone at minchinbury here in irreplaceable! Definitely not a vibe you’ll see anywhere else. A second family and a second home to me!

Fantastic experience: By far, the best atmosphere and community in an f45 I’ve ever been to. The coaches are encouraging and will always focus on my results every day. Highly recommend this gym if you want to go to a gym and you don’t know where to start. Members are also very welcoming!

Fantastic experience: There are many Gyms in the Mt Druitt, Rooty Hill, St Clair, Minchinbury area but F45 Mincho is the absolute best. The energy & incredible trainers make you feel so welcome & part of a community. Highly recommend you take advantage of the free trial.

Fantastic experience: Have been to 4 F45s over the years and Mincho is by far the best! Nice spacious studio that’s always kept super clean! All trainers are really helpful, motivating and determined to help their members. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: My husband & I have been coming to F45 Mincho for over 3 years now and we are like one big family ever since Tina & Bill took over F45 Mincho, they have brought all of us members together. They have got the best Coaches & trainers onboard who will support you, push you to reach your goals & keep you motivated to keep going & not give up. Even during covid lockdown they did online sessions as well for us which was great. The vibe at F45 Minchinbury is next level, we all have fun, laugh & die together, it’s the place to be especially when you got DJ Bill on the deck & I cannot forget the End Of Year Challenge Xmas Party that Tina & Bill put on for us that we all look forward too. Fantastic experience: I’ve lived in the rooty hill area for a while and was looking for a gym to lose some weight before my wedding. Ever since joining F45 minchinbury I’ve never looked back! Tina and the team have been so welcoming from day 1 and always push me to reach my fitness goals without judgement! The community they have created have become like family and it makes it so easy to pump out a sweaty gym sesh.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place enough. It’s supportive, fun and inclusive. The trainers are all so encouraging and helpful. Tina and Bill do an amazing job at making everyone feel comfortable and part of a community and family. So much so that all the members become a great support system in reaching fitness and health goals. There is never a session you leave feeling unfulfilled. Whatever health goals you have, F45 Minchinbury is with you every step of the way. It is the best of the best- not to mention the best end of challenge parties!!

Fantastic experience: Went to my first fee lesson.Training session was hard.Trainer and Owner are very friendly and supportive.They encouraged me to work at my own pace to begin with.Great atmosphere the people there encourage each other with out any judgement. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I don't normally review training gyms BUT We've been to three other F45's in around our area and F45 Rooty Hill has got to be the best. It's the biggest gym, the trainers take a personal interest in your development and don't just "correct your movement" just because, and aren't just "friendly" to get you to sign up. If your after an F45 Gym where you can have fun, be looked after, be in an environment of positivity and genuine enthusiasm. THIS IS IT.
