Fantastic experience: Thank you to Lisa + her team for an amazing experience training at F45 Mt Gambier. I was only in town for a short time, but what an incredible vibe and set up they have down there! Would definitely recommend to anybody in the area!! Give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to workout. Their open space, friendly staff and cleanliness set it apart from any other F45s I have been too in the past. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with open arms and it has made a massive difference in not only my overall health, but my self confidence too. I started with their 7 day free trial, but in the future I will more than likley be coming back. The trainers are always happy to help, know their members by name and are always willing to work with you if they think you are in need of some help. One of the better F45s I have attended.
