Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness, as I toured the gym the first time, my eyes lit up when I could see that so many machines were either hand made in Australia or sourced internationally. Most are very rare pieces! The staff are friendly and the members courteous and polite. Thank you to Jim and the team for working so hard to create such a wonderful environment to train in.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym in every way. The moment you come in and feel the vibe of a place that is cool and a great place to workout. I attribute that to the owner Jim Kotantonis ,he makes the place very welcoming. He has hand picked all the equipment himself and best range of leg machines in Melbourne. It has the best of other equipments in the market and a great place for anyone with any level of fitness. This is far and away the best gym in Melbourne.
