Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming gym. Owners and trainers were great and helpful. Trained here for a week when on I was on holidays visiting Albury. Highly recommended this gym.

Fantastic experience: F45 Albury is a family friendly gym that offers morning and afternoon classes as well as a 9.30am class for parents with kids. The coaches help each member to achieve their individual goals while providing a safe and comfortable environment where everyone feels included and a part of the team. I love the lionheart heart monitoring system that allows you to objectively see how hard you are working in real time to motivate you throughout the workout. They also offer body composition scans so you can track your results and see what works for you and your body. Challenges are also a lot of fun and help keep you on track to achieve your goals. I highly recommend taking a class at F45 Albury.

The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, encouraging and inspiring the way they lead by example. The workouts are fun yet challenging and rewarding. Positive experience: Good F45 but needs to have better fans and air con for the exceptionally hot days in summer. Staff are brilliant and great motivators. Only issue was size of room and lack of cooling on exceptionally hot days.
