Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym and super friendly staff members! Always happy to go the extra mile and I likethe recovery boots
Fantastic experience: Almost as clean as a hospital. Weights are put away by members which indicates they're following the example of the staff. Bathrooms - immaculate, very clean, again, following by example. Equipment easily accessible. Plenty of room, large facility, so much room. Clear evidence of regular cleaning, bins not overflowing, no dust build up on equipment. Great staff, I've only met one staff member so far. He a young lad, big afro :-) Only feedback I would offer is maybe consult with the suppliers of the cardio equipment and see if a software update can be applied to the equipment so the equipment can support Android devices. At the moment it appears they only support Apple devices. This is by no means a deal-breaker ! A refreshingly great gym experience (compared to the gym that I left after 7+ years after numerous issues over the last 12 months) Keep up the great work ethic.....
Positive experience: I've been enjoying coming here since it's opened and getting in my regular workouts. 2024 was a great year at this gym, great to see the devlopment of range of equipment. It's a shame that 2025 has brought a crop of newbies who'd rather exercise their mouths yapping loudly on their phones than working out though.
Fantastic experience: Jett’s Blackburn are a profesional, super friendly and compassionate team. I’ve been to many gyms over the years, even other Jetts gyms, yet this is the best experience I’ve ever had at any. A plus is that there is a very comprehensive list of gym equipment. The management have really gone above and beyond in trying to think on ways to continually better the experience at the gym for both their members and visitors. I highly recommend Jetts Blackburn North to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Blackburn North is a great gym. Lots of excellent equipment in great condition including cardio, pushpin weights, cable weights, free weights and benches, and good space for floor work. Tons of natural light from full length picture windows in the cardio area. Clean, spacious. Music to listen to if you want, but easily blocked out with your own earbuds if something else floats your auditory boat. New extension adds to the experience. Ash and Yash provide great service and a sympathetic ear if there’s something on your mind. Down to earth with a wide mix of ordinary members and a distinct lack of poseurs. Like any gym, if you don’t like waiting, pick quieter workout times. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work, lads.

Positive experience: Great gym, staff have always been friendly and welcoming, equipment clean and good layout. Only downside is that there is no access to the gym from the underground carpark at night, and there have been multiple times I’ve felt unsafe parking and entering from the ground level outside carpark.

Positive experience: Went down here first time for a trial session, Yash was friendly helped with some of my queries about membership, only thing holding me back was selection of equipment and space, giving the fact is quite new gym, everything looks clean and new, hopefully they will bring in new equipment such lap pull down and row cable machine and potentially expand the facility as next door is vacant. Still deciding to sign up depends on how they plan to improve above issues Will update my review and rating if this gets improved.

Negative experience: disappointed in the small selection of machines - with the space they have they could easily double the number of machines but surprised at lack of selection . Too many treadmills . apart from that the machines are new and clean. will update the review as gym is possibly new and may be getting new equipment as time goes on?
