F45 Training Birkdale

Fantastic experience: F45 Birkdale is a fantastic studio. The trainers are so committed and really take care of everyone, regardless of your level of fitness. Claire has so much energy and always makes you feel welcome. Everyone works hard and a friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love my F45 Birkdale family! It’s such a fun atmosphere, with supportive members, and motivating trainers. The training changes up so there’s always something new, and it can always be adapted to whatever your fitness level. It’s the only training I’ve ever stuck with and actually enjoyed waking up early for. And because of it I’ve seen such a change in my strength and abilities, I couldn’t live without them now!

Fantastic experience: F45 Birkdale is a great environment. The members are helpful and the trainers care about each of their clients. I don’t feel like a number and I appreciate the time and effort they dedicate into my workouts, training schedule and goals. Fantastic experience: I could not recommend F45 Birkdale more! I came for my first session this week at 5am, not only was the class pumping, but the trainers were so supportive and paid great attention to detail with correcting form. I was nervous before coming, but the trainers made effort to introduce me to my workout partner and make me feel welcome! Claire, Jo and Alysse are amazing coaches! I’m so grateful to have met them and become a part of this community

Fantastic experience: I have trained at other F45s and this location has honestly such a great energy and amazing staff. The two girls that run the studio are so welcoming and offer assistance whenever I needed it. I would definitely recommend this location!! Keep the great work up girls

Negative experience: I love F45 for their community engagement and supportive and uplifting staff. I have had the privilege of training at multiple locations and found this location to be upsetting and de-motivational. If you’re happy to have trainers that are body image focused this location is for you. However, if you enjoy training to improve your mental and physical health I suggest finding another location.

Fantastic experience: Incredible energy as soon as you enter. The place looks so beautiful and well looked after. You can tell that there is so much passion and love put into every class and I enjoy working out here so much. The classes push and challenge me as well as the beautiful and friendly staff. They know my goals and push me towards them. I would 100% recommend trying out the studio. I have trained at other studios/gyms before but F45 Birkdale just has such a positive vibe that makes me actually WANT to exercise!!

From beginners to athletes, to people with injuries to people that just want to keep fit and healthy. The trainers are all supportive and well knowledgeable in the fitness field and are also always their to provide support for their members through their health and fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I've never really been interested in group training but I decided to try F45 and I regret not joining sooner. The team environment is great, it's motivating to get it done together. It has created way more variety in my workout routine and I work a lot harder in the 45 minutes than I would if I was just going to the gym. I really like that there is an emphasis on warming up before class and stretching afterward. The flexibility in the classes is another plus, as the trainers adjust certain exercises for people who have injuries, different fitness levels, or specific needs. I noticed that I was toning up and looking stronger just a few weeks after joining without changing my diet.
