Fantastic experience: Great gym. All a bunch of legends here. Good community of people. Old school equipments but you can get the job done. Jason is a great owner.

Fantastic experience: This is a residential area. You can't be playing loud music at 6am.

Fantastic experience: Excellent old school style gym with everything you could need! Very welcoming and laid back atmosphere, and never too busy that you need to wait to use the equipment. Jason is a legend and genuinely cares about his gym's members, and the other PTs are always open to giving advice where needeed. Could not recommend this gym enough.

The space has everything you need and never have to wait for someone else to finish their set. Other gym goers were also considerate and kind. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I moved from a big chain gym after the COVID lockdown ended, as I wanted to be somewhere with less traffic. So pleased with my decision months later--the gym is always really clean, has a great range of equipment, and I very rarely wait to use anything. The big windows make for a really airy feel with plenty of natural light.

Fantastic experience: I'm pretty intimidated by gyms normally, but found Jason's gym a friendly, welcoming place. It's opening hours and location are convenient. Jason is friendly, committed and honest, and was a perfect fit for helping me start training for the first time. Prices are very competitive for the area.

Fantastic experience: If there’s one thing you take out of reading reviews, let it be that Windsor Gym is genuinely the only facility you should be looking at. This full-featured gym accommodates for every fitness journey, whether it be a beginner starting out or a trained athlete looking to reach for more. After skipping around gyms for over 8 years, Windsor Gym is really the only place that gives an all-rounded experience. Equipment is always available and the community here delivers exactly what you’d hope for. On my best days, I’ve been pushed to new PB’s by Jason and the guys. On my worst, I’ve enjoyed a social workout with a chit-chat here in there (Mainly on Leg day). Yes, this review is long-winded. But, so it should be. At the very least, you owe it to yourself to book a quick tour. See you in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Hi. I've being coming to this gym for 35 years!! I think that says it all about the place. I was here under the previous management, and now with Jason who took over about one year ago. I've been to many gyms both around Oz and overseas through work and holidays, and I can honestly say that this is the most comfortable and relaxed, with a unique, unpretentious and friendly vibe. I've got to know hundreds of gym goers here (a number are now personal friends), from the more serious trainers to those that just want to get a bit fitter and toned in an enjoyable and non pressured and non judgemental environment. Under Jason nothing has changed; he is a great guy! Friendly, involved, caring and he really wants to look after each of us. I know Jason worked really hard for all of us members to keep the gym going after the recent COVID lockdown, and looked after all of us, and I know the members really appreciated this loyalty. His heart is really in this place. I would strongly recommend people come down here and visit to see for themselves!

Fantastic experience: Windsor Gym is like my home away from home. I love going there, and am always greeted with a smile, and someone to chat to. Jason has put so much blood, sweat and tears into the gym since taking over, and it shows. The equipment is excellent, the classes and instructors ideal, and the vibe is that of a local community gym, rather than a "sausage factory" like some of the bigger chains. I've been going to the gym for over ten years, and probably won't ever move house because of it!!

Fantastic experience: I recently join this gym and I highly recommend it. The gym is fully equipped with a good variety of machines, free weights and a large studio for classes. Jason, the owner is very friendly and really takes the time to understand what you want from a gym. Fantastic experience: I recently joined Wndsor Gym and I am loving it. I left a big brand gym and love the personal service Jason the owner offers. The gym is extremely well fitted out, super clean, brilliant air con and equipment, plus a well spaced room for yoga and dynamic fitness classes. Jason has taken time to go through my goals, eating plan and motivation. So glad I found this gem of a gym in Windsor!

Negative experience: I adored this place.. The gym recently upgraded which is nice has gone downhill since Neil Brophy sold out to Jason - the new owner - jason lacks any real understanding of customer service nor and doesn’t know or embrace easter philosophy - especially the Ayurvedic principles that made the gym special. Lets just say I wasn’t the only one to notice. Being criticised and refused membership because of looking into other gyms in the area - a right of everyones - is madness Try PCYC St Kilda - cheaper rates - more classes - bigger gym - they have a water cooler and know the value of great customer service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for four years and I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s changed hands over that time and the new owner Jason has made huge improvements from new equipment and layout to new classes. When I moved to Windsor I didn’t know many people and this gym and it’s friendly welcoming staff and members helped me feel part of the community. It’s not pretentious, just good local people, getting results and having fun along the way.
