Negative experience: Old equipment that is unsafe, cleaning during covid was practically non-existent and they should'nt be allowed to stay open... the real kicker though: They use an immensly dodgy direct-debit provider called "debit success' who continued to charge me 3 MONTHS after I had cancelled my membership. There are heaps of reviews online about that direct debit business that describe their scam...to summarise, they just don't even attempt to charge your account, then say that there were insufficient funds in your account when they tried to charge, then they sting you with a $10-$15 fee for 'late payment'. It's just flat out fraud. After cancelling my membership, because every week I was getting charged an extra fee (even though there were always plenty of funds in my account) they said it's in the contract that for the cancellation to be effective they need to have an entire month of 'no late payment fees'. So you can never actually cancell because they just continually fraudulently charge you late payment fees...so 3 months later they're still charging me the gym membership PLUS the extra $10-$15 every week! I had to close my bank account to stop it. I spoke to the owner about this, he was unproffessional, unhelpful..obviously well aware of the scam. It sort of explains how such a poorly maintained gym stays in business. He tried to say he doesn't get kick backs from debit success, but I doubt it... I even offered to pay my membership in cash, in advance...just via any other method other than via debit success, he refused and was really rude about everything when I was asking why I was still getting charged 3 months after cancelling. I imagine he'll also reply here like he does to everyone else who leaves a bad review that 'I don't know you, you're a bot leaving random bad reviews'...whatever you do just DON'T SIGN UP WITH DEBIT SUCCESS!!

Negative experience: WORSE GYM IN LOGAN!! DO NOT TRUST OWNER AND DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Advertising a free boot camp, go in for the rundown. Spoken to like you're an idiot and knowing your goal which I agree you need to have a goal in mind to work towards, then bam!!! $250 'deposit' and if you reach your target you'll get your money back otherwise it will be part of your Membership fee to reach your goal.

Fantastic experience: New club Logan Central with new friendly management

Negative experience: Scam..no lock in contracts..can't cancel and all ready fees 75+..place is a dump..stick to other gyms at least there not a scam

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has the basics and more that you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No lock in contract is great and cheaper than most gyms locally.

Negative experience: It was not even a star but I had to tick it to proceed further. I paid upfront last week (Wednesday 23rd August) fees in cash/card for the next years membership for my son $675. I asked the owner how her business was going and she smiled and said good. Yesterday they closed the doors and shut down. When I face booked and complained and questioned their deception they blocked me. I have contacted office of fair trading and what she did was a fraudulent act which I am now following up to prosecute. When you liquidate you cannot take payment knowing you cannot supply the service - that is underhanded and disgusting! Do not trust these people - they are lowlife. I also lost my membership paid in advance for my other son as well ....but I paid that a few months ago......that is different to this blatant theft!

Positive experience: Decent subscription cost. Lacking room in weight area. After 5pm can get pretty packed and hard to work out. Facilities are great and staff are friendly
