Plus Fitness 24/7 Narrabeen

Fantastic experience: Have been training at Plus for about 10 years now (5 years at Narrabeen) and it’s always been the perfect gym for me. Had everything I needed, friendly staff, clean, not overcrowded and very affordable compared to most other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Don't let it get around but this is a very good gym

Fantastic experience: Dean and Kane have created a community minded, safe and inclusive environment. As a beginner, I immediately felt welcome. When I had an injury, Kane and Dean were incredibly understanding and immediately responded to my request to put my account on pause while I recovered. Would highly recommended Plus Fitness Narrabeen!

Positive experience: Friendly staff and adequate facilities for the amature body builder or exercise enthusiast, as limited specialised equipment. Also, there is only one of each main apparatus.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym club with plenty of equipment. Also friendly staff, always ready to help with anything.

Negative experience: Dean is an absolutely rude unprofessional individual. I had to put my membership on hold due to a health emergency and decided not to return to Plus Fitness. My membership should've transferred to Crows Nest anyway where my partner landed & she was not charged. I explained to the awful 'manager' DEAN that due to a Plus Fitness 'glitch' admin error my membership is still in Narrabeen (which I haven't live there on two years). Dean rudely told me that I will be charged on June 2nd and there is nothing he is willing to do. I asked why I would be charged for something I haven't used in months. He said it was too bad. He is rude, unprofessional and I will be contacting the head office to report him. I have been using gyms for over 30 years and have never encountered someone so unreasonable, cold, unsympathetic and rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

Fantastic experience: I've joined 5 months ago and I love this gym! Staff is very friendly and you can tell they really care about your wellness. They helped me to plan my routine according to my goals and I also go to the boxing classes which are super fun and challenging! But most importantly, I notice the amazing results. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I joined up in January 2022 and have absolutely loved coming to Plus Fitness Narrabeen! The managers (Kane & Dean) are building a community connected by a love of fitness and you really feel like they know you and want to know you! Weekly workouts and monthly challenges keep us all on our toes and there are a range of different classes for those that feel a bit intimidated by working out by themselves. Tuesday and Thursday boxing classes are a blast (and female friendly)! I feel so comfortable and welcomed when I walk into this gym. There truly is something for everyone here and it’s really changed how I interact with and feel about gyms. Great work guys and thank you!

Fantastic experience: A PLUS SERVICE! Walking into a gym can be scary, or at least I thought it would be. But off the bat I was greeted with a smile, shown around the gym, introduced to a few local members, encouraged by the gyms monthly challenges and new equipment and even was offered a completmenty starting session, to help talk about my goals. I felt the staff really cared about why I was joining and what I wanted to get out of my membership. I’ve tried so many gyms, started and stoped so many times, I can be quiet timmered and the gym is not a place where previously I have felt the most confident, the team at plus fitness have far exceeded my expectations, I was looking for a local club, where I didn’t need to be a pro just to start, somewhere where the staff remembered my name and made me feel welcomed. Being greeted when I walk in makes me feel like a valued memeber not just another direct debit, I feel quiet proud when they recognise that I have been consistently there, encourage my progress, invite me to classes and just are always around to say hello too.if your looking for community, plus fitness has it in spades, they have such a good culture and atmosphere and dare I say it …. It’s cause of plus fitness that I actually look forward to going to the gym!

Negative experience: Not a member, but observing the fact that the gym reply’s to positive comments only, and doesn’t engage with unhappy customers who post negative reviews speaks volumes. Was considering joining.

Negative experience: They sell a $0 join fee but actually it is $200 fee to join a small, with little and old equipments. Not fair and not recommend at all.

Negative experience: We have been trying to cancel, wanted to do the right thing and not just cancel with the bank. Daughter has lost her pass, so cant get in to get the form, they wont email the form, but keep debiting us. Phoning the bank to cancel now. I think it is an OK gym, just not great on customer service

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are seniors and found Plus Fitness Narrabeen suited us perfectly. Jason had us organised well. The facilities are great and really suited us. We observed others that attended at the times we generally went and they all seemed to be of the same opinion as us and getting the most from their sessions. Always plenty of equipment choice with no waiting. COVID-19 has caused us to put our attendance on hold for time being noting that the gym has implemented the correct protocols and it is well managed. We will resume membership in due course and we highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really convenient and handy gym with a good mix of kit. Clean and well maintained. Doesn't have the biggest open area for classes but overall not too crowded and well laid out. Jason is super friendly and obliging and I can't recommend his customer service enough.

Fantastic experience: The gym is very well equipped, always clean and never overly packed, all of these give you more freedom to train well. Also the staff is top class, particularly Jason. He is always there to ensure you are training well and always happy to assist and give you tips and new exercices (and this does not happen everywhere). Never invasive but ready when you need him. Best gym so far.

Fantastic experience: Great little local gym with everything you need for general fitness and improving muscle growth and stamina. Friendly helpful staff that motivate you to go that extra mile. The monthly challenges they have set for everyone to try are always fun to take part in and gets you feeling very competitive to try and be the best! Would recommend this gym to any locals in the narrabeen/Collaroy area.

Fantastic experience: The gym has a convenient location. Inside you find lots of equipment to lose excessive weight and gain lean muscles. The friendly staff always happy to spot on or correct your technique. The personal trainers will guide you to whatever goal you have based on your fitness level and lifestyle. Give them a trail and join the club, plus you can save on joining fee now for a limited time.
