Fantastic experience: I have been with Rewired for 10 months and can honestly say it has transformed my life. To be able to train alongside like minded people and be embraced by a community like that is everything. The programming is like no other!! And I have tried a lot of gyms. My kids also love it, which helps.

Fantastic experience: We love Rewired! The community Alex and Sof have created is an amazing extended family. Everyone is very supportive and friendly and they don’t shy away from hard work. The programmed workouts are challenging but fun and we were continually getting and fitter and stronger. Highly recommend to anyone who lives on the northern GC.

Fantastic experience: I have already tried several gyms but Rewired is by far the best!!!! Excellent gym, great community and wonderful trainers. I don't speak English very well but the coaches always integrated me completely, are patient and helpful during the exercises, I immediately felt comfortable and motivated by their energy and motivation. People welcomed me with a smile, always ready to help and always happy and motivating. The atmosphere is great! The nursery is a plus with a place suitable for little ones with toys and cartoons. I see my physical and cardio progress in just 2 months! It's a complete gym, for beginners or experienced people. Try it and love it!

Fantastic experience: Family and fitness, that's how I would describe Rewired! I have been into strength and fitness for most of my life, and I can honestly say that I have gotten stronger and fitter in my years with Rewired then I ever have in my life. Plus all with the best crew one could wish for to train with and get through tough workouts! Beginner to expert, I can't recommended them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have now been part of the Rewired Community (and yes it really is one) for over a year. I was reluctant for a long time joining a gym that does CrossFit and HIIT due to not being at my best and not confident on the gymnastic movements. However from day one both Alex and Sofia (owners / trainers) were so encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive. The workouts can be scaled to help those that need it either for fitness or injury and as you improve/ get small or big wins everyone is excited for you. A year later i have started doing movements i thought were past me and excited for what i can achieve in the next year! Thanks Rewired Fam!

Fantastic experience: I’ve only just recently returned back to Rewired Movement within the past couple of weeks. But I have been a member in the previous years. I have left due to moving interstate and also trying out other gyms but I always found myself gravitating back to Rewired. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and encouragement from either Alex or Soph. I am even blessed to have Misty (crèche mama) watch my babies and treat them like her own so I can get my work out in. What truly sets this gym apart is the exceptional programming they offer. Whether you're into strength training, cardio, or group classes, there's something for everyone. The workouts are challenging but manageable, and Alex and Soph are always there to guide you and motivate you to push your limits. But what makes this place truly special is the sense of camaraderie among members. You're not just working out; you're building connections and friendships. There's a real sense of support and encouragement that keeps you coming back day after day. If you're looking for a gym that not only helps you reach your fitness goals but also provides a welcoming and inclusive community, look no further. This gym has it all, and I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: A newbie to Rewired and can't believe I didn't join sooner. Firstly such a welcoming vibe, awesome group of people to train with, the workouts will get you sweating but every day is different. I love the combo of cardio days and weight days. Can already feel a difference. Sofia and Alex are just the best and I feel like part of the family already. 5 stars from me hands down.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Rewired Movement for almost two years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities are top-notch, with an extensive selection of cardio and weightlifting equipment. Alex and Soph are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I've also enjoyed the variety of classes offered, from cross training to HIIT. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, pushing me to reach my fitness goals. I highly recommend Rewired Gym to anyone looking for a great gym in the Gold Coast area.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic supportive environment for all abilities from first timers to seasoned athletes. All you have to do is walk through the doors and the rest is easy! You are shown what to do at the beginning and supported throughout the entire workout, it is up to you and your level of fitness on how much you scale back and or stretch yourself, it’s your journey - no one judges! There are no big egos in this gym just a great bunch of supportive people on their own unique journey all at different fitness levels. This is a professional family run business where you are known on first name basis and supported on your journey. 6 weeks of turning up 3-5 days a week and moving through most of the class at my ability is all it took before I was feeling great looking better and wondering why I didn’t start sooner.

Fantastic experience: Big fan here. Love everything Rewired movement have to offer. Great classes, great trainers, great atmosphere and great people to train alongside. There is always someone in your corner encouraging you to keep pushing. There are times when you want to give up or take the easy option but you have Alex or Sof right behind you making sure your giving 110% through every workout so at the end your walking away feeling amazing and proud of yourself for pushing through.

Fantastic experience: Great functional gym space with fantastic variety of programming to cater for people from all walks of life. What really makes it are the owners and trainers who go above and beyond to create a community environment, they know everyone’s names and treat you like you and your goals are important.

Fantastic experience: I could not reccommend this faciltiy more! I was at a point in my training that I was not accountable and I was not challenged. Rewired Movement has a vibe to it that is addictive. High Intensity workouts that make you want to push that little bit harder. A awesome crew to train with of ALL ages... whether your 16 or 60... Everyone makes you feel welcome, and the workouts are designed for beginners to advanced (awesome mix of both in every class). The owners Alex and Sofia, are no doubt your BIGGEST supporters. Constant encouragement and guidance from them and their team, all but ensures you are going to make some huge milestones in this faciltiy. Do yourself a favour and head over for a week trial - you won't look back... I didn't!

Fantastic experience: You know it’s fun to do CrossFit/functional fitness, you’ll get fit and strong and do cool stuff, but you should join THIS gym. THIS GYM has something that no other has, Sof and Alex! Sof and Alex seriously make it a community like no other. As soon as you walk in the door you’ll feel their warmth, positivity and support. They truly care about their members and make it a great place to train! You can get fit anywhere, but Rewired Movement have what no other place has- amazing coaches/owners. This is the place you need to be! Seriously!!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more stars! Alex and Sof are amazing trainers and human beings. You will never be bored at Rewired and the workout program is always so good! They cater for all levels of fitness. You will always feel included and part of a big family!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at several gyms on the coast and this one has been hands down the BEST one I’ve ever been apart of. At rewired movement I’m always improving my fitness and strength and learning new things. And I have never seen better results on a 6 week challenge!! EVERYONE who is apart of this gym is friendly, encouraging and loads of fun; from the trainers, Alex and Sof to the members who I now call my friends. Coming here is one of my favourite parts of the day!!
