Negative experience: The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Staff attempted predatory cancellation charges against my postpartum wife that violate Australian consumer law. They refuse to resolve concerns from us about charges, they did not provide a membership freeze during my wife’s pregnancy and did not care that we were loyal customers with the gym since its opening day. They even revoked my wife’s access to the gym while charging cancellation fees despite a known medical condition. On top of this, every gym session got our whole family sick due to lack of proper cleaning. Equipment was often broken for months. Never going here again! There’s a great gym called Fitness Factory not far from this one that would never treat anyone so poorly, I highly recommend going there instead.

Fantastic experience: Travelling for an urgent interstate project we found this gym. The visit was amazing. Excellent facilities ready for the basic gym user thru to advanced trainer. Friendly staff, and we thank management for clean and inviting facility. Gym is very spacious and perfectly situated opposite a grassed field for any intervals. Modern amenities to allow transition straight into a busy work day. Easily train here any day. Positive burnout preventions and support positive mental health in life’s busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: Allana and her team have created a welcoming, professional and friendly space. The gym is filled with fabulous equipment, catering to everyone needs. They have it all! Free weights, pin and plate loaded machines, … and loads of it.

Fantastic experience: Good clean gym. Has been going for a while now and it is still in just about pristine condition. Big enough that even when it is busy you're not fighting for equipment. Equipment is of a good quality and a wide variety to suit most workout plans. The doof doof music being all the Spotify system possesses leaves a bit to be desired however headphones go in and I play my lifting tunes.

Fantastic experience: After recently moving to Mt Barker we had to go gym shopping, visited every gym and did all the free trials and Snap Fitness was easily the best. Spacious, new equipment, a wide range of machines and super clean. Staff have always been friendly and welcome you on arrival and love to help out with any questions or favours. More than happy to pay for a full year in advance, definitely not going anywhere else

Negative experience: Since the first change in ownership, this gyms has gone downhill. Hitting rock bottom with the one current staff member who has made what used to be a welcoming, community based gym into uncomfortable, unorganised workout spot. Equipment out of order regularly and for months at a time, not very friendly staff that quickly shrug you off when you need to ask a question. Not a safe or comfortable environment for beginners or any female (props to the cleaner)

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, equipment and service! Visiting Adelaide for a short trip from Perth and left my swipe card behind but still managed to get in for a workout which the staff were awesome about. Cheers guys!

Negative experience: Manager is constantly on AL it seems, if I wanted to email in; I would.

Negative experience: Really wanted to come in for a trial and train at this gym but 10am staffed hours didn't work with my morning training. I called and asked if we could work something out, and the lady I spoke with on the phone said she would sort something out and call me back, but I was never contacted back.

Positive experience: Affordable, not busy, great free weights area. This is the only snap fitness facility I would recommend in comparison to the other gym facilities for the wide range of machines they have.
