Fantastic experience: Best physio I’ve had. Listened and developed exercises that helped so much. I actually did the exercises regularly, as they were straightforward and I experienced benefit right from the start. I have stopped attending as my problem (which was previously getting quite debilitating) has resolved. Would definitely go back if I need physio in the future. Thanks Liza

Fantastic experience: Liza is such an inspirational person❤️❤️ The old adage “getting old sucks” takes a detour when you find ways to relieve the stress on put on the old muscles and joints. Just like the old Jeep, this rig needs some tlc and maintenance to keep on keeping on. Cannot recommend this service enough-11/10 for quality service and understanding of the bigger picture. Day 2 and I can’t deny the body’s reaction to physio shows it’s working already.

Fantastic experience: Love love love my Archie’s. Was introduced to them by Liza. Have now got four pairs. They are my everyday go to. Super comfortable. They look good. Would not look at any other thongs. I have to be careful about what I wear on my feet as I have had a few issues over the years with plantar fasciitis and the Archie’s are just so good for my feet.
