Fantastic experience: Great studio with a fantastic vibe. Nice to show up for a session, be greeted with a smile and a laugh, have access to qualified and knowledgeable staff, and not have to think about a thing - workout and music sorted! Bonus is the very accessible location with plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: F45 has helped me feel part of a community again since moving to the GC. The trainers have helped me get myself back to pre-pregnancy fitness and strength… or at least well on the way! The creche service is so helpful and really helped with my ability to attend and create a consistent habit getting back into it. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The team at F45 Palm Beach are a vibe! The music is loud and pumping, the trainers are so welcoming, they have kids care facilities & an excellent schedule with a time table that has tonnes of options. Loads of undercover parking, easy access to the gym, and even a Coles outside the front door! Everything works really well here and it's easy to fit in and get the hang of it. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I always had the idea that you could only join f45 if you were super fit, but that isn't the case :) you can do all the stations at your own pace and push yourself when you feel up to it. All the staff at PB F45 are so welcoming and supportive and I cant recommend this studio enough. You wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: F45 Palm Beach hands down is the most unique team training studio I have ever experienced . Firstly every single trainer uses your name as soon as you walk in the door and if they are a new trainer they introduce themselves and find out about you , so impressive ! You can turn up feeling tired and lack lustre but the team inspires you every day and gives you such motivation you are compelled to give it your all !! You walk out feeling amazing . I highly recommend this place , the trainers are outstanding and F45 PB has created a family atmosphere. I can’t imagine life without this place I am hooked .
