Fantastic experience: Hannah and her team have created such a fun, vibrant, supportive encouraging and inclusive space. Workouts have been challenging and varied, with no day the same. One of the best decisions I made seven weeks ago was to walk in the door. From this time onwards I have felt part of a growing supportive community. Over a year later I still stand by these comments. The whole Fitstop community is supportive and inclusive. The coaches and other members try to lift everyone up and encourage them to achieve whatever their goals are. Still the best decision I have made.

Fantastic experience: Moved to gladstone and struggled to find a place that pushed me and made training enjoyable again. This place is the vibe you want. Whatever mood you're in that day it will either match you at the top or help you get into that good mood. The trainers and the people are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Strong community gym environment, very family friendly as kids are always keen to go - sometimes more than I am. Trainers are genuinely good people who will push your limits when you need it. Good variety of training which suits a hybrid approach and plenty of extra sessions for events such as Hyrox, Run Club etc. Just beware of the sadistic burpees!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Fitstop Gladstone! The team is incredibly welcoming and full of positive energy, always supporting and encouraging all the members! The coaches take their time in understanding your goals and helping you achieve them. Everyone feels valued and celebrated, whether it’s a big win or a small one.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Gladstone is a great gym! After moving to town, a first priority was finding a great gym. Hannah, Liz, Cherie and Maca made the sign io easy, welcome me in, and made training great fun. They are really helpful with injuries, making sure everyone can make the most of their training, and celebrating success. It was a no brainer to make this a permanent home for gym.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I’ve made signing up with Fitstop Gladstone. The moment you walk through the doors, you’re always happily greeted by one of the coaches. The workouts are constantly varied, challenging and dare I say it - Enjoyable! The members are genuinely happy and friendly, making walking through the doors as a newbie easier.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop Gladstone is more than just a gym. It's a community. I have never experienced a gym that has treated their member's as more than just a number. The coaches are genuinely interested in your goals and will support you any way they can to achieve them. They are your biggest hype crew. So knowledgeable and inspiring. The events, the members, the vibe it's something you need to be apart of. You won't regret it. It is my happy place to be when I am home and so greatful they can accommodate for my DIDO roster. Hannah and crew thank you for this beautiful community. Best decision hands down I ever made joining.

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym a month ago and really enjoying the different classes. The coaches are so helpful and welcoming and can alter any exercises which are too tricky! Great friendly atmosphere - would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Stockholm Syndrome in gym form. It feels like torture some days but I keep going back for more! Might have something to do with all of the friendly people. Trainers are great and really make sure that everyone can participate no matter their age or fitness level. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The most amazing and supportive exercise environment- It’s the exact type of community I needed to find. The workout formats are so great and I love the variety of each day being different. The coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable and fun, and are always able to modify anything to suit postpartum, pregnancy, injuries etc. Another very important thing for me is that my 3 kids love the crèche and I love that a can have an hour for myself and know they’re having fun and are well looked after ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's given me the opportunity to get back into fitness after children, I'm able to access classes around life's busy schedule and all the coaches are so welcoming. Fitstop has the best community vibes, with the best people to help motivate you no matter the workout.

Hannah and the team have created an amazing space that allows all members to come together and be supported in their fitness goals. Being able to start or finish my day with a session run by approachable, knowledgable and kind coaches makes training so enjoyable. Also, knowing I’ll be surrounded by encouraging and enthusiastic members while we smash a session is just the best. Not only do they offer a safe space for members but also have amazing creche facilities where your little ones are in the best hands. I just love being apart of the Fitstop family!

Fantastic experience: Great coaches and great workouts with good people. I have been a member since it opened and with the free creche, it’s somewhere my whole family enjoy going daily. They even offer free burpee’s on Fridays!

This facility is impeccable, decked out with the latest gym equipment. Hannah goes above and beyond to make you feel a part of the fit fam - the little things like deodorant and hair ties in the bathroom when you forget!

Fantastic experience: When we moved to town, finding a welcoming gym was high on our list. We needed a place that felt warm and inviting but also had a creche for our little one to join us. We could not believe our luck when we met the team at Fitstop Gladstone and haven’t looked back. Between the many classes, the weekly social events and the catch-ups outside the gym, there’s no way you couldn’t love it. It’s a place I can come and be soo happy, shake off any negative energy, be around like minded people who are there to achieve their goals, and cheer everyone on! Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy the workouts and being apart of this community. Our coaches are pretty cool to! I love the fact there has been no staff turnover and they know us all really well. Makes it easier for people like me who dont know a lot. Such a good vibe, definitely recommend I've even convinced hubby to join!

Fantastic experience: FITSTOP Gladstone is for everyone! The coaching team are exceptional, they are always so friendly and are so supportive. The encouragement you get from the coaches and all the other members of the gym is amazing. I absolutely love the programming as it is formulated for everyone, no workout is the same which keeps exercise fun. It’s not even about just the in-studio sessions, the team at FITSTOP Gladstone have given members so much more with Run Club, HYROX focused training sessions, outdoor bootcamps, mountain climbs, recovery sessions and paint & sip nights. Hannah and the team have built such a great community base here in our town and I feel so lucky to be a part of it!

Fantastic experience: BEST FITNESS COMMUNITY EVER! Never been a group fitness person however as a busy full time working mum, I needed a place to feel welcomed and work out without thinking about what to set up ALL WHILE they look after my boys. Fitstop Gladstone has ticked all the boxes and I have met so many wonderful people who I am blessed to call friends! Please do yourself a favour and come in for a class to see what it’s all about and get ready to become obsessed!!!!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Fitstop Gladstone enough! It has such a positive, community feeling every time you walk through the doors. The trainers are supportive and the workouts can be completed by anyone with all levels of fitness. I am also now pregnant and all workouts have been modified by the trainers to ensure I can still participate and get the most out of the workout.
