Fantastic experience: Coaching Zone is fantastic, the smaller classes allow the coaches to give you feedback during the class. With a range of classes on offer, allows you to work on both cardio & strength fitness.

Fantastic experience: Coaching Zone Melton is a fun place to work out in. The Coaches are amazing. I love having goals to smash and I love the regular challenges and competitions that they have. Exercising is so much more fun when you have an amazing bunch of people to hang out with.
