Fantastic experience: Clean - Decent Size

Positive experience: I have visited this venue a few times on my way through. Like all anytime fitness venues I've visited in last 2 years there equipment is not being maintained. I believe this is not a management issue but a training issue. The PTs and staff are not taught how to recognise equipment defects or maintain equipment even though is it there tools of trade. Yes its not apart of the qualifications and therefore the attitude for equipment maintenance isn't there. Please start checking bolts are not loose or missing, cables are not damaged, clocks are all on same time, TV's are on and on a channel and start lubing the rams on equipment, etc. Anytime fitness is a great model for owning and operating a gym but please, it's time to take that next step so you don't end up going out the back door... Generally keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: So happy I signed up! Staff are amazing so welcoming have a chat and laugh with you no question has been to silly. Made me feel really at ease with going have checked in to see how im going and how im liking the facility. Honestly 10/10 love it!

Positive experience: Bit cold inside gym

Negative experience: Water tap has been broken for over a month and I haven't seen any action to fix it. Bubbler is also pretty bad. Toilets often not clean. Soap dispenser never refilled. And they charge over inflated prices for drinks despite the fact the tap isn't working

Negative experience: Really rude manager and a worker, there are polite ways how to talk with your clients. Hopefully Anytime fitness will take some time and teach their representatives how to talk with customers. Really unprofessional. Don't reccomend to anyone.
