Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member with Jett’s since they opened in 2021. Training at this place has felt like a second home to me over the years as they’ve helped me with various journeys from my rehab phase post knee surgery to my post partum weight loss journey. The support from not only the club manager but the PT’s as well, that put in every bit of effort to uplift and encourage fellow members to reach their goals. This has always been their priority. Jett’s gym is a community that feels comfortable and safe with competition and no intimidation. A place for a group of friends, families or even as an individual, to come together to train and work on themselves.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Cobblebank very comfortable place to workout. It has all the required equipment. Staff is very supportive. You can have personal trainer, if needed. 24 hours access let you work on your terms and most importantly it’s very clean gym..

Negative experience: Worse Gym in Cobblebank. Wouldn’t recommend. Been trying to ring them in regards to my gym membership for the last 3-4 days yet no one answers. Why have a phone number up and no one answers???

Fantastic experience: I recently took a tour at Jetts Fitness at Cobblebank. I signed up the same day. Mandeep was very helpful and understanding. I liked the gym set up. Lots of equipment, very spacious, penty of room in between. Large functional training area, the videos, music selections are great. Really excited to be a part of it. Also, no lock in contract and yet very reasonable fee was a huge decision maker for me.

I generally went to gym afterhours only so never got to meet any staff but I have heard they are great and recently had a chat with Mandeep over the phone and she sounded very helpful. Positive experience: A gym for those who seriously want to exercise and workout. None of the expensive frills cos it's a Gym. A bit disappointed with the empty sanitizer cloth dispensers but spray bottles and hand towels are also available for cleaning the equipment. 24/7 member access, plenty of parking and staff available from 10am for those interested in joining. Update: First time back after 2 months and there seems to be improvement time will tell. Update 23 Dec 2023. Have seen some improvement in less equipment left laying around as trip hazards. But I have a question for all gym users. What is it with people (mostly Millennials) who go to the gym sit on a piece of equipment do one set 10 or so reps then spend 5 mins on their phones then when asked have you finished it's the filthy look and the No I've got more reps to do. I've a suggestion do your reps free up the equipment for others to use then play with your phone. It's not rocket science but it is the right thing to do. Gym Etiquette 101. Fantastic experience: I became a member a couple of months ago and I enjoyed the gym’s clean and calm ambience. The gym has great ventilation so it makes it easy to work out even on hot days. The staff are super friendly and approachable whenever I have any queries.

Negative experience: I am dissatisfied with this gym. - The weights are disorganised, and never returned to their correct place. The staff seemingly never enforce this on members. People taking up more than one piece of equipment at a time (cable machine and one squat rack). - this gym is missing a bench press, a fundamental piece of exercise equipment and they couldn't even provide one. - A second cable machine would be beneficial.

Negative experience: - The wipes provided to clean your equipment after use are constantly empty. If they're not empty, they're at least very difficult to get out. - None of the users re-rack their weights and the staff don't fix it either nor even ask the members to, so the weights are always disorganised, the dumbbell rack in particular is always in shambles. - Missing important equipment, it seems like the gym provides the bare minimum of machines/weights. - There's only one tap for drinking water and it's been broken for at least a few weeks, it was broken when I signed up, doesn't look like there's any intention to fix it. - None of the clocks even have working batteries in them. - Staff aren't present during 'staffed hours' - The entire gym gives an impression that nobody cares about maintaining it. I actually feel discouraged and demotivated to exercise when I walk in this gym. It really feels like someone opened a gym, did the bare minimum to make it functional and then decided to leave it alone and rake in the money, and ignore all responsibilities for making it a good experience for people to work out. I've moved on to another gym and it's amazing how different it feels when the gym excites you rather than disappoints you.

Positive experience: Jetts cobblebank is a great gym, has all up to date equipment and has great stuff members running it and they are very helpful, although a couple times a couple of the machine's screen's where not working for a few day's and also at a corner of the gym it had ants crawling around which had me suprised, thankfully the next day the staff had it all cleaned, so overall it is a very good gym

Negative experience: Service has tanked. Went in today to understand my billing cycle and was told I owed money. There was an Issue preciously with their payment provider. I asked them to explain it and was told "you owe money". Was not welcomed by staff on entry and had to walk right into their vision to be noticed. On this experience i realised the gym was no longer welcoming like it had once been, so I asked to cancel and was old promptly "ok it's done" then silence. So I had to ask if I need to return the token. If I would have access till the new billing cycle and told its cancelled immediately and I no longer have any access. Worst part was I've been getting billed but didn't notice and was never told my access was open again so I've not been able to go.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve ever signed up to. Very inclusive, helpful staff and the 24hr access is so convenient for my work schedule. It’s also right next door to Coles so I can do my shopping after I work out!! love it!

Negative experience: When I first joined: Epic gym and great facilities - 5 Stars When I ended my contract - 0 Stars Why? Because I was being charged $10 fees consistently for failed payments from my account. Every time I was charged, my account always had funds. When I asked about it, they shrugged me off. I'd had enough and ended my contract immediately for them to then state I'd owed them $180 money generation in small business is getting out of hand! Disgusting business behaviour Now imagine this same money generation behaviour across, say, 1000 members per week... greed and the opposite of why a business should even exist! Edit: After sending cancellation form as requested on 13 April, I was then advised of overdue payments which were never once mentioned by any staff when I was attending the gym in person, by email or phone. My last email to this business was on 13 April at 17:55 requesting a bank statement style breakdown so I could prove I had funds in my account everytime they decided to charge me a $10 fee for 'failed payment'. As expected, no one has attempted to contact me or provide the details whatsoever. This is not how a business should be run, especially when there is no administrative acumen to support such a business structure!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym to train at! New facility, state of the art equipment that's hi-tech for those that enjoy. Natural light with a great view. The gym is very clean, members are respectful in cleaning and putting away equipment. Has everything that you need -Cardio, Strength and Functional. Great use of floor space. Not over crowded. Huge thanks to Nathan (the manager) for setting us up while we are in the area. Nathan and his team have been very accommodating, are friendly and set a great vibe in the gym!
