Fantastic experience: Hive is an awesome local boutique style gym in a custom built new premises. It has excellent modern equipment, recovery facilities, and wonderful skilled and experienced trainers. The gym community ie wonderfully supportive and has a great friendly and fun vibe. Excellent for all ages and levels of fitness.

Fantastic experience: Where to start….. I have only started a week 1/2 ago and I already feel part of this beautiful gym, staff and members have giving me the most amazing welcoming, helping me in all the classes, explaining and showing me how to do the right workout which was one of my biggest concerns and fear as I had a really bad experience as I didn’t know what to do, it felt like I was bothering the trainer all the time, I never felt comfortable so I quit :( . This gym is completely different, it feels like you have a private PT session with the most motivated people and music. I really feel like they care about me and my goals, I’m not a number for the business I’m a woman that needs that extra help as English is my second language and it is a bit hard to understand the new Gym environment/ life, so I big thank you to all of your Hive team and member for all your support and for being such and amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I joined the best gym on the coast “Hive” over 2 ago and it was the best move I’ve made. Sarah, Louey and the team are so invested in helping everyone get individual results and the 5am class/sauna and ice bath is the best way to start the day!!! Love my little gym family.

Fantastic experience: Prior to training at Hive I'd never set foot in a gym and was struggling to get back to myself after 2 back to back pregnancies, under the trainers guidance now at 43 I'm the fittest and strongest I've ever been, and passionate about training. Hive is a true community business and I can't sing it's praise enough.

Fantastic experience: I walked into Hive thinking that I wasn't a gym person, but I knew I wanted to make a healthy change to my life. What I found was an amazing, supportive community that is a true reflection of the owners. Luey and Sarah have created a positive and encouraging gym and filled it with knowledgeable trainers. The classes have helped me to get stronger and healthier. When I started I could only deadlift 30kg, a year later I just hit 100kg. The recovery zone is relaxing and neat, a little sanctuary to retreat to. The people here keep me turning up and pushing hard to meet my goals. Great gym!

Fantastic experience: EDIT- Still here 2 years later! Hive is bigger & better in every way. In just 12 weeks with Hive Activ, I have gained a huge amount of both physical and mental strength. As I prepare to leave the area for 6 months, I know I'm going to miss training at Hive, the classes, the individual focus and the community feel. I've never felt that way about leaving a gym/Trainers before! EDIT - It's great to be back! Such great Trainers and totally welcoming vibe Thankyou Hive!

Fantastic experience: Hive Activ has a great atmosphere, friendly and super helpful staff. Great group classes, equipment and recovery zone! Clean facilities.

Negative experience: Poor communication. I asked for a membership which I needed to cancel anytime. I was offered 26.95$ a week with no lock in contract and can cancel anytime. I was charged 75$ intially which was not mentioned to me at the time of joining. Which I ignored as a good will. After 2 weeks I came back and wanted to cancel my membership as I will be moving out to another state, as per the discussion I had with the female trainer. However, it was a surprise that after cancelling my membership I am still getting charged for weekly and when asked the trainer she told that after cancelling they will still charge for 4 weeks, which again was not mentioned to me at the time of signing up. This is a complete rip off. There was no legal documentation to sign initially with all these clauses. Such a shame that you miss lead your customers.

Fantastic experience: I visited from the States and reached out to Hive Activ. They answered my email immediately. They allowed me to join for 2 weeks and all the Staff was outstanding. This place has everything you need to get your workout in. The members were so nice and helpful and it was a great experience working out here. When I return I will be working out here again.

Fantastic experience: Joint the Hive gym a few weeks ago and I love everything about it. I love the classes they do, everyone is very supportive, it’s very community related and that’s exactly what I was looking for. The staff is very professional and friendly and they bring the most out of you during the classes, always checking your form and are very knowledgeable about everything we do in class 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: Super supportive environment! Hive is the best gym that I have been to on the coast, they make sure you’re accountable and getting into the gym. All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are great at catering to your individual needs. Cannot recommend Hive enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Luey, Sarah and the crew for a couple of years now. I have never been in as good of shape then what I am right now and I'm 40. I have struggled with sports injuries for the last few years and was shying away from hitting the gym because of this. With what I have learnt from the knowledge of the hive active crew I no longer struggle with injury and wake up excited to get to either the group classes or my one on one PT sessions. I Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: So glad to have made the move back into the Hive :-) Such a great group of trainers who are knowledgeable & oh so encouraging. Training with such a fun group of like minded gym goers also makes getting up for 5am classes a joy (crazy thoughts from a night owl like me!!) Can def recommend Hive to anyone looking for a fitness focussed but also fun place to train.

Fantastic experience: If you want to go to a gym that is welcoming, friendly, and who wants to help you achieve your goals, Hive Activ is the gym you want. I was very reluctant to join a gym, any gym, but Hive Activ made me so comfortable to work out in. The classes are don’t feel like a work out class, and that makes it fun for me, I really look forward to my classes, no pressures at all. Fantastic experience: Been at hive for most of the year now and it has been a seamless transition from my previous gym with the help from Luey, Sarah and Tamara. The coaches all have their own way to making everyone feel welcome and comfortable which is hard to come by these days. Looking forward to training at hive for many many years to come

Especially when they provide classes with the most breathtaking scenery in town, followed by a refreshing dip in the ocean. Ever since I joined Hive Activ, I haven't regretted it for a second. Fantastic experience: Best CrossFit gym in Wyong! Normally I workout at REVL, have been to BFT, F45, UBX, and Pilates and I’d say this would be the closest to it. Cardio + strength training combined gives quick results and I always feel great after. It’s a place with great community spirit so you feel welcome, included and supported! Also plenty of females here if you’re female and feeling shy/ unconfident. P.s, the HIIT at Norah head is beautiful to watch the sunrise or to do some ‘people watching’ (some people do sunrise cold water dips at the beach), definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great community, high quality trainers, well setup studio, and very reasonable prices. You'd be hard pressed to find another fitness studio bringing together all these elements. Go see Louey and Sarah, they'll get you strong and healthy!

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym, excellent trainers providing a really good cross section of indoor and outdoor training covering strength, cardio and coir strength development. I am in my 50s and as a result of training with Hive at least 4 times a week I am very happy with my level of fitness and mobility

Fantastic experience: My name is Jenny and I'm a "hiveaholic". I have been training for 2 years with the Hive family. My first training experience was outside the surf rescue at Norah Head. There were 20 somethings, 30 somethings, 40 somethings, 50 somethings and I was 60 something. They all welcomed me, they all encouraged me to get up that hill, they invited me to social gatherings and always led me astray. There are so many classes to choose from. Being a grey (blonde) nomad, the online option is great when I'm travelling. Sarah, Luey and Matt are great at what they do. The Hive family is keeping me physically fit and mentally young. Join Hive to stay alive.

Fantastic experience: This is a place full of friendly dedicated, smart people. Sport specific training is an excellent way to improve ones physical and mental well-being. Hive Activ Norah Head is located near some truly spectacular beach-side locations. There is ample parking, and again the people. Sarah and Lucas are very friendly and approachable. If you are seeking improvement, these are the people you should associate with.
