Fantastic experience: I have been training at bodytek gym for over 10 years now. I wouldn't be able to get back into my fitness mode with the help of the team at Bodytek Fitness Co. My trainer motivates me and pushes me to do and be the best I can be! I've tired other gyms in the past and haven't had the greatest experience, but with Bodytek it's more like a family or a really great group of friends. So friendly and inviting!! Everyone at the gym, from the trainers to the members are always motivating one another and providing support. Also, i recently had a back operation and Bodytek have really helped me in the recovery stages. They work hand in hand with the on sight physio to ensure you get back to full mobility and health. I wouldn't recommend any other gym but this one #BodytekFitnessCo #theonlygymtojoin

Fantastic experience: Fantastic GYM, so welcoming and inclusive with people of all ages and fitness levels. I've even been able to bring my kids with me, where they've sat and watched me do some classes which is an absolute game Changer! For anyone who is nervous about joining a GYM then I highly recommend Bodytek. Everyone is so welcoming and the group classes are fab and every class caters for all fitness levels. The trainers are super intuitive so know when it's right to push you and when to gently encourage you because your not at your full energy levels! I've typically joined GYMs and picked up running here and there and after 3 months (or less!) just find excuses to justify not continuing. So far I'm not about to hit my 3 month anniversary and can say I'm going strong!

Fantastic experience: I've 'tried and failed' to become a regular gym goer many times over the years but this is the place that finally made it stick. Bodytek is professional and polished without being pretentious which is one of it's best assets. Everyone walking in the door no matter age or fitness level feels welcomed and supported and there is enough variety in their offering to find a workout regime that suits you. The group classes are engaging and challenging so the minutes fly by, and the head to toe renovation means their huge variety of equipment is state of the art. The Myzone monthly challenges with prizes are a great way to stay motivated..! I feel lucky this is my local and am pleased to recommend it highly.

Fantastic experience: I previously had 0 interest in exercising, and can comfortably now say Bodytek has helped me realise my fitness potential. Initially I did not understand “Fitness is not a destination, it’s a lifestyle” but over the past few years I do. Fantastic experience: Great family run gym! Trainers are on top of everything. Small group sessions have a great balance between cardio and weights and injuries are always taken into consideration. Unlike most gyms, it also has a family environment where all the employees and gym goers are familiar with each other Personally, I have got amazing results since joining the gym, and especially its Transformation Challenges. Would 100% recommend Bodytek!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a typical 'gym person' but at Bodytek I felt so supported, encouraged and comfortable right from when I first joined earlier this year. Through the recent '6 week transformation' challenge I lost more weight than I had expected to, and gained so much too - increased fitness, motivation and friendships. Fantastic experience: " My BODY AND MY HEALTH TRANSFORMATION " [ Goodbye to my out-of-shape looking body and Hello to my new Lean & Muscular body ] . * I was 140 KG's back in February 2019, that was mainly due to my busy and long working hours and also travelling overseas on so many business trips, I wasn't looking after myself/health and started to gain on weight to the stage that I reached 140 KG's . * I decided with the support of my wife and family Doctor to start improving my lifestyle and invest on my health by setting myself an aggressive target to reduce my body weight from 140 KG's => 99 KG's = 41 KG's / 29.3% reduction by Saturday 07/09/2019 . * To achieve my body weight reduction aggressive target, I needed to search for a suitable GYM and good Personal Trainer with passionate and motivation about his/her work . * I visited 3 types of GYM's near where I live, I was't happy nor satisfied with the 3 GYM's, mainly because I felt they didn't take the time to understand my personal requirements, also they gave me the impression they only concerned about membership and money not about my personal weight concerns or goal that I needed to achieve . * I managed to locate BodyTek GYM through Facebook / Bootcamp and my cousin Vivienne Anne because she is very active and happy with BodyTek GYM performance outcome results/achievements . * Adam was very happy to see me, also he took the time to listen to my needs and personal requests in order to achieve my goal . * I started to attend BodyTek GYM with personal trainer Adam from the 04/04/2019, today Saturday 07/09/2019 as per target setting I was weighted by my personal trainer Adam, the results were 98.3 KG's, ( TARGET WAS OVER ACHIEVED BY 0.7 KG ) in 23 weeks as planned with outstanding effort by my personal trainer Adam =>[ THANK YOU ADAM ] . _ [ In Conclusion ] . * Adam owner of BodyTek, he is an amazing person and professional personal trainer that truly cares about his clients making progress towards their goals, Adam will take the time to explain in detail everything in his plan and work with you every step of the way with exercise and nutrition, workout are challenging and lots of fun, Adam will take what you have an interest in and use it to push your body to new levels . * I would like to thank all BodyTek GYM family / participants for all the encouragements and support during my daily GYM exercise, they were very inspiring and very friendly . * Thank you BodyTek ( Adam and Emma ) for your friendship and outstanding support in helping me to achieve my personal request / goal as planned in a very short time . Fantastic experience: We love this gym. We have been members for nearly 2 years and have been so grateful to be motivated by the energy and personal approach of Adam and his team. We really enjoy the collegial community atmosphere of this gym - you really feel a part of the family! The early morning classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday are perfect classes to have a really good workout before work, we've tried classes at other gyms and nothing compares to these classes. This really is a boutique premier gym, while still maintaining a genuine, personal feel! Unfortunately we have had to put a hold on our membership for now as we're moving overseas for a year or 2 but we will definitely be reactivating our memberships when we return.
