Club Lime Campbell

Negative experience: A gym without a squat rack is like a swimming pool without water.

Negative experience: Will never use a Club Lime EVER again. I accidentally signed up for a month instead of a day and the decision has been made that I get NO refund. Appalling customer service. In fact this is NO customer service!! I would give them a big fat minus if I could. Not worth 1 star. Disgusting and disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: clean gym, enough equipment

Negative experience: It would be MUCH better if there was no music at all. Virtually EVERYONE is there with headphones, so what is the point of having such a loud music?

Fantastic experience: I have been member of club lime gyms for a while, and I have been in heaps of club lime. This is my first time at Campbell and I’m impressed by the level of cleanliness. Wow! Extremely clean. Including the toilets. The machines are very well distributed and there is anything you will ever need to build up muscle. Great gym. I’ll come back for sure!

Negative experience: Broken Equipment doesn't seem to get fixed or replaced.

Negative experience: Need bit more core machines and medicine balls

Fantastic experience: A fantastic air conditioned gym professionally managed by Frank who ensures the culture of the place is respectful - weights are returned, equipment is wiped down - and who ensures the gym is thoughtfully laid out with the right set of equipment in the right places with space to do stretches and exercises such that it never feels too busy even at peak times. These excellent qualities were highlighted by the contrast with Kingston Club Lime where the equipment is crammed in, there is no air con, there is a nauseatingly unpleasant smell from the toilets on the top floor, and where weights are frequently dropped because of a lack of a good gym culture. Thanks Frank, keep up your quality management of Campbell!

Negative experience: I've come by three times now trying to sign up to this gym during supposedly 'manned' hours and no one is ever here. It shouldn't be this hard to join a gym.

Negative experience: App wouldn’t let me into the gym even though the website was advertising that they were back open 24/7. I could see that there were 2 people inside working out. No booking platform on their website. Seems like they haven’t updated their Member ID app to let people in after hours. No 24/7 phone number to call. Depressing walk home in the cold. Perhaps the worst ‘gym session’ of my life.
