Fantastic experience: I recently joined f45 Nambour and I can’t recommend a better gym. The staff are always on hand to educate and motivate me and the ‘team’ environment they have created in the 4.55am classes is really special. Great gym!

Fantastic experience: Nambour F45, is for the exercise veteran or absolute beginner, each exercise can be scaled to suit your fitness level with the opportunity to progress each week at your own pace. It is a fantastic gym, with friendly, welcoming staff and who are knowledgeable, determined, motivated and ready to help you achieve your goals; whether that be food orientated, to slim down or build muscle. With great music and no mirrors you can focus on getting your workout done and be in and out within 45 minutes! With multiple class times available during the day I can pick a class that day to suit my schedule which is fantastic for working around the kids. Thankyou Nambour F45 :)

Fantastic experience: If I could give F45 infinity stars I would. They provide incredible workouts that I am always keen so show up for. The best part however is the trainers, who are always encouraging and give each workout a positive and uplifting vibe. I could not recommend f45 enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 3 weeks ago. I love that every class is different. It doesn't matter your fitness level, there are options for everyone, with opportunity to challenge yourself to reach new fitness goals. The staff are fun, welcoming and always there to help out with motivation and technique advise.

Fantastic experience: I love the idea of rocking up to a 45minute session, with pumping music, good people and exercises shown on a screen. and not have to think about what machine to use next, or waiting for a weights to be free like other gyms. The trainers are fantastic. The members are very supportive to each other and it’s a great vibe to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: It has been a very long time since I had done anything to do with exercise and in the past had found it hard to stick to anything I started. Fast forward 10 weeks since joining F45 Nambour, I'm still going strong and in week 3 of an 8 week challenge! I can't recommend this place enough, the trainers are fantastic they are all passionate about what they do and seeing everyone achieve their goals. There is such a community feel about F45 Nambour everyone is friendly and it's a place I truly look forward to going to. If you are looking at making a change this is definitely your place, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to try F45, but I'm so glad that I made the change from my old gym. Staff are easy to approach and are very knowledgeable which is great for someone with so many injuries! The Nambour location is easy to get to, parking is close and always spots available. Gym itself is always clean and has such a great atmosphere.
