Fantastic experience: Would just like to say here I am a regular at this gym , very friendly atmosphere and help if needed always available. This gym recently started to offer beauty therapy such as facials as well as the regular massages. Today I had my first facial at this gym and believe me people this is definitely something you will want to add to your calander, if you are a guy or girl the experience is something you don't want to miss. Put simply pure heaven ❤️

Fantastic experience: I hands down cannot fault this gym at all! I have been a member on and off over the years (l left to find gyms closer to home). No other gym has compared to this one. Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym its always clean great amount of equipment and free weights. Staff are very helpful and friendly they offer pt and massage and now sell post workout coffee. There range of supplements taste great and are well priced with regular tastings from there support store nutrition warehouse.

Fantastic experience: I love this place not this biggest gym but has everything you need all the staff a super friendly and make you feel welcome and all the other gym goers are really nice and make you feel like you belong without judgement, also super clean toilets and showers give more stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for around 5 years now, it is always clean and the equipment is well taken care of. Fantastic experience: This Gym is amazing, if your lost and need some guidance or just some friendly advice the staff is allways happy to help the Gym is allways extremely clean and the facilities are great the people are lovely and make it so much more pleasant to work out they all so have the wonderful Shelly for a message of you choice and other service like sound healing, facials ecx just love this Gym.

Fantastic experience: i’ve been attending this gym for 4 years now, it’s honestly great, it’s very family oriented, wonderful staff, the owner jodie puts in her best for everyone she is a very lovely lady. the gym has been growing more and more as i’ve been here, it is always so clean and even still smells like a new gym :) renovations have started and it’s exciting to see something different in ipswich!! sound healing sessions are held fortnightly there is going to be a beauty room coming!so i will be able to get 3 services each time i attend the gym! i highly recommend for all ages the members are great too! everyone interacts on a personal level so it’s just like one big happy family

Negative experience: If I could submit 0 star rating I would. I moved away from Ipswich at the beginning of 2022 where there is no plus fitness gym available so I needed to cancel my membership. To this day I am still paying for my membership because they are refusing to take my calls, will not call me back despite leaving voice messages as requested on their answering machine and have not replied to my messages. It is now beyond a joke and they are taking my money and not allowing me the decency to cancel my membership.

Negative experience: Have trained here for over a year now. Cleanliness standard has dropped markedly. Layers of dust on most equipment. Weights constantly left on machines or on floor. Broken equipment not fixed even when bought to Mgrs attention. Number of lights not working. Second-hand equipment is a disgrace. Last chance to fix then I leave.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean gym with enough equipment. Vending machine on site if you forgot your pre and post workout sups. Helpful welcoming staff. If you like a gym with no 'posers' and 'show ponies' than this is the gym for you. The gym is also good for those who struggle with crowds, as you'll have 5 other members max in the centre at any given time. Multiple options for classes available, and massage therapists. Ladies you will feel comfortable in this gym .

Fantastic experience: Jodi the manager is so helpful and encouraging. All the staff are also. Fantastic equipment and very well set up. Nice and clean and with a great atmosphere. Most members are just every day people, where there's no expectation or pressure to wear fancy label gym clothes or pretend to be anything your not. Just be yourself and feel good doing a 15 minute workout or an hour. Great access to a massage therapist and they have classes at times for Pilates.

Negative experience: SCAM ARTISTS!!! Terrible experience - if you ever wondered why Gym's have such a bad reputation for scamming their customers - look no further!!! Staff are incompetent, and Management does not care except for the $$$ in the till. Hopefully, they will be out of business soon (mostly empty when I have been there!!) Never call you back, avoid any/all responsibility for when their Staff stuff up. AVOID if you don't want to be RIPPED OFF!! Louise (The so-called manager) never calls you back when promised, and they are just entirely unorganized. TERRIBLE GYM!!!

Positive experience: 24 hour gym. Good variety of modern equipment in a nice atmosphere. Lacks boxing facilities and child minding. Staffed hours are inconvenient but i guess halfway make sense for their demographic. Nothing like gyming at 3am with no one else around..the life she is so sweet.
