Fantastic experience: Wide variety of machines, tons of free weights. Dumbells only go up to 50kg but other than that one of the best gyms I've been to.

Fantastic experience: Family run Fitness Centre in Semi Rural Region of Romsey . Well equipped facilty open 24/7. Staffed morning and afternoon and all staff Cyristal and Rachel know there stuff and are very dedicated and helpful Stacey and Gerard have developed practical programs to suit your needs. Give it a GO and enjoy the benefits of looking after your Body.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with a great community feel. All the coaches are easy going and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door and that interaction and support remains over your journey unlike some other gyms where you get forgotten about. You will get help with all aspects of training as well as food and lifestyle so it makes everything just that little bit easier and less overwhelming. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Fantastic experience: This gym is next level! Gerard and Stacey run an awesome business. Their staff are switched on and assist you with technique to ensure no injuries and maximum opportunity for results...all while having a laugh and a great time. If you have an injury they eill ensure the workout is adjusted slightly so that you don't further injury yourself. They also stock You Foodz which is great for the area.
