Fantastic experience: Tim is Brilliant. I had a major shoulder reconstruction. Tim provided a program of rehabilitation exercises which built over time during my recovery. The personal ongoing support through my recovery was amazing. Tim's knowledge & professionalism are second to none. Working with him I was able to fully recover to 100% shoulder use & also build my fitness level back to where it was prior my injury. I couldn't be more happy with the results & would highly recommend Hunter Performance Physio.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client at HPP for a number of years now predominately working with Exercise Physiologist Laura Haslem. Due to chronic musculoskeletal conditions causing moderate muscle atrophy in both legs along with a loss of balance which made standing and walking for more than a short period difficult and this led to several falls. Laura has been able to help me improve my balance and increase my overall strength through targeted exercise therapy and hydrotherapy. This has enabled me to pursue some hobby interests and DIY projects that have greatly increased my quality of life. Thanks for the support.

Fantastic experience: I am 70 years old and have Osteoporosis and a number of muscle issues. I have been going to exercise classes with Laura Haslem from HPP East Maitland for 18 months to increase my physical strength and to maintain good movement in my legs and arms. I have found the program has helped me so much from e.g. not being able to lift my arm above my waist to being able to move freely once again. Our small group class is friendly, and we enjoy our sessions with Laura. It has been such a relief to feel you are doing the best to help you enjoy your freedom of movement and thus enjoy life again without constant pain. HPP are keeping us moving! Thankyou. Sue Crawford

Fantastic experience: I would recommend HPP to anyone, for their most amazing expertise whenever myself or family have needed tune ups, injury rehabilitation and general great health and lifestyle. Whether a broken shoulder or knee reconstruction, Jenna, Ryan and team have been instrumental in optimal function, movement and strength in a really positive way. From zero, and excruciatingly painful, knee functioning to full function post op in 8 weeks - pretty unbelievable, but true. Their guidance with this journey has again proved their high standards and outcomes.

The centre is small but personal. Staff are friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if/when needed.
