Fantastic experience: An Exceptional Fitness Experience! I recently joined and met the new club manager Jamil, and I have to say, it's been an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. As soon as i walked in i was immediately greeted with a friendly warm welcome, Jamil was professional, approachable and was genuinely invested in helping me reach my fitness goals! Jamil took the time to get to know me and offered great advice and encouragement. The facilities are top-notch! The gym is spacious, impeccably clean, with a wide variety of equipment. The membership sign up was quick and easy, as well as affordable. It offers great value for the quality of service and facilities provided. The excellent facilities, and the welcoming environment make it a standout gym. If you're looking for a place to workout, have a friendly chat look no further. I highly recommend Jetts Preston to anyone seeking a top-quality fitness experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positive experience: Never finding enough paper towels and alcohol to disinfect the machines, nor will you ever find space in the lockers because people always leave their things there indefinitely.

Fantastic experience: Have been training here for the past year since the gym has opened, and I couldn’t have asked for a better gym experience! Charlotte and Sam are super friendly and have created a warm and upbeat environment. Signing up was cheap and simple and any adjustments to my membership were made swiftly, unlike other gyms I have been to prior. It supports gym goers from beginners to more advanced individuals and has the space and equipment to accommodate different training styles and fitness goals. Charlotte also hosts raffles frequently for the chance to win prizes which only adds incentive to keep on coming back! Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I suspended my membership in September, but I was still charged. I requested a refund, and I'm currently waiting for it. Surprisingly, they charged me for six payments even after suspending my membership. It's been hard to get in touch with the gym; I've been trying to contact them, but I'm not sure what else to do. Becoming a member was easy, but suspending the membership has turned into a nightmare. I'm disappointed with the customer experience. The gym was great, but the difficulties in communication have been frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at all different jetts gyms, and I must say I love training here! The club manager Charlotte is quite helpful and very friendly! Love the atmosphere aswell!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for the past 4 months with many more to come! Welcoming and friendly staff, Charlotte and Sam in particular are very professional while also being very supportive, they always have a smile on their faces and have a good sense of humour. You won’t be afraid to ask them for anything. The equipment is in good condition (almost new) whilst also being very clean. The atmosphere is a very supportive environment where ego is thrown out the window. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to start training there.

Fantastic experience: I started training at Preston over a month now and I really enjoy the atmosphere, the Club Manager Charlotte is really welcoming and very helpful with the use of equipment and keeping me motivated.

Negative experience: Worst gym, cancelled my membership in August , still got charged. Asked for refund, they said they will ask back office and then denied it. These people don’t even have a customer care centre.

Fantastic experience: Great clean gym, new equipment, super friendly staff. This has become our favourite Jetts as it has machines the others don’t have and is never over crowded.

Negative experience: Constant email and text spam despite opting out.

Negative experience: Amateur. I take no pleasure in negative reviews, but after ~3 months of being open this gym continues to make the small things seem impossible. The equipment is decent. It's a new fitout. But they made simple mistakes in the layout, design and flooring choices. For example the treadmills are almost unusable because they're on rubber floor that rocks when you're walking on them. They also haven't had a consistent supply of towel or wipe down cloth since they opened. And by that I mean theyre never there. Not sanitary at all. Or for women they still don't have sanitary bins or even closed bins in the bathrooms. Being run by 2 women I'd expect these small details to be managed a lot better, but again 3 months in with no fixes. They also promised the "J series" in the first month but no movement as yet. I've met both staff and owner who are "can do" people. But they don't seem to have the expertise or experience to run a cohesive gym facility. There are countless other small ongoing issues that I hope they fix because the gym itself is nice and clean and has new equipment but not being able to wipe hands or equipment down with a cloth, or hide sanitary items in a bin... is a deal breaker for most people. Also it's a cave so don't expect to stream music or videos on your phone. Club wifi might be a nice touch, or something I'd be investigating. I will continue to train here as it's convenient for me. but as of March 2023 this is what you're in for.

Fantastic experience: Great service, Club Manager was really friendly and helpful. How good is the hands free paper towel dispenser! Gotta love the little extra touches. Highly recommend.
