Anytime Fitness Yarrabilba

Positive experience: The 2.5/5kg increment dial on the leg extension machine has not been working for months. This caused me an injury a few months ago. Also the scanner hasn't been working for a couple of weeks prohibiting the personal trainers to offer this service to their clients. This is an essential piece of equipment to enable the PTs and their clients to track their progress. It's very disappointing. Please have these pieces of equipment repaired so your members can progress with their programs.

Positive experience: I enjoy this gym, just currently salty as there are three treadmills out of six that are not in use due to technical issues, and one with a smashed screen. I avoid peak hours when I can so I can use the treadmills. But of course when I come on a random Monday at 2pm I can’t get a treadmill. Gym goers are paying $20 a week roughly, cmon guys fix the treadmills :( It’s been fully over three weeks.

Negative experience: Literal scam of a company. They charge you 400$ to cancel your membership hahahah. Never go here

Negative experience: I would not recommend this gym at all! They are not professional in any way shape or form and I’ve tried days on end on contacting the gym and never get a response I have to call, sent emails and texts to get no response. Honestly just a waste of money!

Positive experience: Decent gym, please get some toilet spray I'm Over nearly throwing up when I use the lockers near the toilets.

Negative experience: Not a very friendly place at all. The general environment is depressing. cramped tiny spaces. Staff are very belittling towards members. Do not sign the contract. I was overcharged for 2 years without attending, when trying to resolve I was ghosted and left to keep calling and emailing for weeks. Poor service and a poor gym to match. Many alternative options available in the small community. Choose wisely

Negative experience: We handed in two cancellation forms over a month ago. The store then proceeded to lose them. Wondering why payments kept coming out, I got in contact. They are basically shifting the blame to myself and forcing us to commence the cancellation process over again, which means engaging with another months worth of payments for THEIR stuff up. Make sure you get receipts in the form of taking a photo of you handing the form to the staff member because they don't own up to THEIR OWN mistakes. Disgusting. REPLY: Please don't get it twisted, the member of YOUR gym at Yarrabilba, handed the cancellation form in to YOUR gym at Yarrabilba in which YOUR team member lost. Also at the time of handing in my cancellation YOUR staff member should have advised me that you weren't all interconnected and that I needed to hand my cancellation into a different location instead of ACCEPTING IT and saying the cancellation will be done for me.

Negative experience: I missed 2 payments and was charged over $200 actually a scam and completely disgusted. Tried calling multiple times to cancel my membership before this and left voicemails and no one ever got back to me. And I was pretty much told oh well that’s how it is. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Positive experience: Great gym! Clean, spacious, Variety of equipment. Lots of squat/power racks. I especially love the use of space and different areas

Positive experience: Due to a medical injury I found myself unable to continue my membership. I spoke to a staff member and he was able to cancel my membership. The only reason for a 4 star was it will take 4 weeks to stop my direct debit when my cancellation was approved at the time of see the staff.

Negative experience: No aircon again. Stinks of BO and is like a hot tin shed, when you ask for aircon they reply: thanks for your concern we will talk to upper management.
