Negative experience: I've been a member of Snap for 10 years and with this branch since 2017. Recently, I returned from abroad to find I was charged an extra couple of payments when i thought my membership was still on hold and, after contacting the gym, they said tough sh*t and then I said I would have to cancel my membership due to this disagreement so, without any further contact from the manager, my membership was canceled (with a fee of course) and sent straight to debt collectors. I have spent thousands with Snap over my 10 years and not even a single phone call from the manager to sort things out. At the end of the day, I was just another number to this new manager and she couldn't have cared less. The previous manager was amazing and always looked out for the regulars. In year of so under the new ownership, a lot of the regular members vanished and a much younger crowd turned up. Most of them on those cheap deals to get them in. Will they still be with Snap in years like I was? Absolutely not. But hey, the new owner only gives a toss about numbers snd has zero compassion or empathy for anyone who shows loyalty to the brand. To think, a money driven manager/owner was happy to see a 10 year member go due to a $60 disagreement that is now worth more with cancelation fees and in the hands of debt collectors. Brand loyalty in 2024 only goes in one direction.

Fantastic experience: ... Snap Nerang. Totally Magpie Proof. So Good.. When we arrived in Nerang i needed a gym close by for my diet programme. I found Snap online and cannot be happier with the choice. Great service, 24/7 access, Very friendly on site Personal trainer if needed, quality equipment and very clean premises. Rates also are very affordable. Snap Nerang there is none better. Jacinta will look after U & Pt Kevin loves a chat.

Positive experience: Great gym, there is never a heap of people there, just the regulars, it has everything thing you need to get a good sweet on, although it's small you can guarantee you will get results and feel welcome and then find yourself there everyday.

Negative experience: Was given a free trial and told theres no lock-in contract. Never even went into the gym but told them on the phone that I would not like to be a member and now they've tried charging 2 lots of $41 and won't cancel .. so its lock-in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff, very helpful and always happy around the club. Gym always tidy and organised. Highly Recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Client service appears to be a foreign concept with no attempt by staff to reply to emails or follow up reminder emails, extremely disappointing.
