Negative experience: Gym refuses to cancel memberships

Negative experience: The business practices are not the best, they only accept cancelation through a website, that doesn't work properly (I hope to think is this and not intentionally!), I canceled my account first days of September, they have a 28 days notice policy. The website did show canceled, they've been trying to charge until now ( mid November) and all the sudden the website doesn't show the canceled status... Weird in the very least. They charge 18 a week when I was using the gym, now the charge over 40 every couple of weeks. Not the best business practices... Be careful everyone.

Negative experience: Money takers that will draw money out of account although they’ve stated they will put membership on hold. Also won’t honour any cancellation request and instead keep trying to bill you. Be wary as they state you can only quit via an online portal that doesn’t work and don’t accept it in writing

Negative experience: Worst gym I have ever!!! been to... They run the heat on full blast for themselfs even know I've asked them multiple times to turn it off cause me and my partner nearly passed out many times. Trying to charge me 400+ for cancelation fees even know this was never spoke of when signing up. SERIOUSLY WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD SAVE YOUR MONEY YOUVE BEEN WARNED GO TO A SERIOUS GYM NOT THESE LEECHES. Revoke my fees or I'll leave this review up and potentially turn away 100s

Positive experience: It’s and large and people working here are nice. It’s absolutely freezing in the winter. Missing basic equipment like pec deck, and the equipment it has is so old it groans and creaks. It must be cheap!

Negative experience: ADVERTISING SCAM !!! Join because the advertising 4 weeks free , no JOIN FEE bla bla.. after join 2 month i quit.. they say they need month notice and charge for 1 extra month and dishonour fee bla bla ,be careful off the advertising!!!

Negative experience: Another gym scam, they say your membership is cancelled and a month later you keep seeing automatic debits in your bank account

Fantastic experience: We visited this gym, whilst travelling, on two occasions. We cannot speak highly enough of Jade who was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Nathan was also extremely obliging and the gym really has a great vibe because of its staff members. It is extremely well equipped and very clean.

Fantastic experience: For the first time I’ve actually found a gym that I enjoy and is so welcoming friendly and helpful. And get greeted with a smile. In just 1 Month I’ve learnt so many gym moves which has given me confidence. Jade said “Once you learn the equipment your confidence will grow then it all will become familiar. I’ve had 2 sessions with Lewis and he doesn’t leave you until you know what you’re doing with the machines perfectly. Thankyou Nesse

Fantastic experience: VERY happy with this gym. It has easy parking, State-of-the-art access 24/7. Security that works so you feel safe entering after hours. The water fountains are impeccably clean and the facility has everything a bodybuilder needs. Bins were NOT overflowing, the bathrooms are CLEAN !!! I felt welcome the moment i stepped into the gym to sign up. Gym equipment is clean and nothing is broken. I look forward to a great relationship with this gym :)

Positive experience: Very clean and good equipment, gets very busy and crowded as it's in the centre of Albury etc

Negative experience: Its been almost 2yrs I have stopped going to this gym, still trying to charge me every fortnight. Asked them if they can stop doing this, they ask for money. Employees acts friendly but you can feel the hidden snakes in them. I am not paying for something I never used.

Negative experience: Hopeless staff and false advertising how much clearer can you get then: you can cancel membership at anytime. Still being charged and the multi gym is a joke. Gyms are affiliated in other towns not club limes so FOB does not work. Do yourself a favour and join up elsewhere

Negative experience: I canceled my gym membership in March!! They are still deducing money from my account!! I tried to call them sent an email to them and suspended my account from online portal but still they are charging money!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff never fail to make me feel safe and welcome, also soo many new machines to use and whatever I need is always there. It’s a great setup very open and spacious and doesn’t make me feel claustrophobic when I’m working out next to people, I’ve been going here everyday consistently for months now because it is such a great atmosphere and I get excited to go. Huge bonus too is it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to sign up!!!
