Club Lime Woden (Westfield Woden)

Negative experience: Filthy gym rarely cleaned , bins over flowing, used wipes left all over the floor , mirrors dirty staff sit in back office on phones. Complaints made to club lime and nothing done to fix the problem. Water leaks on floor not moped up, repair works signs on mirrors for months with no fix ..Very slack management

Negative experience: Main entrance fenced off, no direction for alternative entrance. Went to a club lime with a functioning front door instead.

Negative experience: 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and crickets on the side while training in this gym. And that happened on the first day of my membership. Not going back anymore

Negative experience: No signage or induction display for alternate entrance (if they have or not)

Positive experience: I love that this gym is usually pretty quiet but they don’t have so many machines that others have which is super frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym if you’re on holidays in Coffs. Really enjoyed and had 24 / 7 access. Cool water available, along with showers. Nice set up and not too busy.

Negative experience: Uh uh uh no way stop don't come here don't even think about it.

Positive experience: It’s a good gym but the problem is that there is never really staff there and I haven’t got my gym tag and I haven’t been able to go cause I don’t remember my details to log in on the app

Negative experience: I frequent many different Club Limes across Canberra and I must say this has to be the worst one I've been to. Now to be fair I have been here all of 30 mins, but my experience hasn't been that great. The ellipticals feel a lot heavier at level 1 than they do at other locations making it extra demotivating when you go to use it. Let alone that but the screens on the machines really aren't that sensitive at all so your waiting about 2 minutes just to go through a bunch of menus. The cardio machines are also so old that they still have the old wide IPod adapters. Some of the cardio machines also have a mysterious gunk at the bottom of the cup holders. The gym still possess the old Club Lime decor so this location needs a serious facelift. I probably will never be back at this gym because it isn't my local one, but management please I'm very nicely asking you to give this location the serious face lift it needs and I'll consider changing my review.

Fantastic experience: Brand new for my shred

Positive experience: For anyone who works in the mall (like me) the gym is a quick and easy way to get a workout before/after a shift! has almost everything i need but if i wasn't already in the mall i would go to any of the Club Lime gyms in Canberra.. they are just bigger better and have more equipment. my only other problem with this gym is that there seems to always be equipment left out and weights left on the machines :/ this has been happening for the last cupple weeks now and I've had to help people get them off so they can use the mashines. I've talked to the staff about it but it seems to still be happening..

Fantastic experience: Amazing, helpful staff. Gym is neat and packed. Really suitable place for training and have fun.

Negative experience: They don’t answer the phone. Left messages and they still don’t call.....

Fantastic experience: Love it. I go nice and early and have the place to myself. Love the 24/7 access.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a quiet gym ,this is the one for you.. sometimes you own the gym just by yourself.. adequate equipment, clean and tidy, close to the shopping mall.. awesome place

Positive experience: Most affordable gym in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is well maintained. No classes.

Negative experience: Tonight I couldnt enter Clublime in Woden which advertises they are open 24/7. When I tabbed my access key, the door was still locked. After I ended up calling after-hour service 3 times, they just answered and said they cant open it so just go to Clublime in Curtin which is not a walking distance at all. It was 11 o'clock at night in winter as well. I dont even want to recall how poor their customer service is.
