Negative experience: "Disappointed with Snap Fitness Robina due to poor communication and unprofessional treatment. Referral rewards were denied without clear rules, and requests for clarification went unanswered. Inappropriate comments from staff added to the frustration. I even requested a meeting with the owner but received no response. Customer service here lacks transparency and respect."

Negative experience: I have been membership for a long time and used to be very good, but after they changed the new management manager, feel hard to communicate with and not very friendly anymore.

Negative experience: The shower room here is very dirty and unsanitary. It is seriously dangerous to go there barefoot and you may get athlete's foot. Please do not take a shower here.

Negative experience: Worst snap in the goldcoast. The owner is money hungry and doesn’t care about his customers or his gyms. He also owns tweed heads snap. Both gyms have horrible run down old equipment. The best snap in the goldcoast in my opinion is southport. Go see for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Great, small gym that has everything you need at a very affordable price. We were on a holiday pass. Way more affordable than the other gyms around like EMF! Ryan was very easy to work with, friendly, and made our time at Snap Fitness great. He was flexible with our travel dates which was exactly what we wanted since we were just visiting for a couple months. Thanks, Ryan!

Negative experience: Creepy guy at front counter, Dirty machines and equipment, Unsafe weights due to imbalance

Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff. Easy parking, drinking water and good airconditioning. I believe they’re doing a refurbishment very soon which will make it even better! Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym i cant thank Manager Jodie enough for her kindness and care. My 16 yr old daughter joined Snap fitness a year ago and had to have time off from the gym due to medical issues but could not wait to get back when she was well enough. Jodie is her number one cheerleader there making her feel welcome and motivated, she is a genuine person which can be hard to find in a gym, much appreciation from this mama!

Fantastic experience: I just moved over form New Zealand and Renee at Snap Fitness Robina made transitioning form my New Zealand membership to an Australian one stress free. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to help with anything and everything. Highly recommend to anyone if they are wanting a gym where they are comfortable speaking to the staff and feeling safe. Cannot speak highly enough of them. They are willing to go above and beyond for everyone they meet and their customer service is superb!

Fantastic experience: Great club with a good range of equipment, and good value for money. Caters well for all shapes, sizes and ages. The staff are fantastic - Jodie and Renee on the desk are super helpful and welcoming. The PTs, including Anna, Anaru, Ricky and Ben are encouraging and knowledgeable - I work with Anna (who is good for an unfit old man like me), but all are fabulous.

Negative experience: Never thought that I will write a google review but here I am... I was overcharged every fortnight (except for the first month)... Spoke to staff at the club twice about it and got a refund. Just realize I was refunded the incorrect amount so now I need to chase up again for the third time. What a waste of time... very disappointing

Fantastic experience: Good staff. Good selection of equipment. Great aircon. Excellent Price given you get access to all snap clubs. Definitely did not find the club filthy, toilets and machines are always in pristine cleanliness and there's no noticeable odors
