Fantastic experience: In 6 months training with Benji I’ve lost 11 (!) kilos and my fitness, strength and overall wellbeing have improved substantially. After not going near a gym in 10+ years, he made it way less intimidating when I started out and he has helped me build confidence, worked around my many old injuries and I now enjoy the gym again. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a trainer to help me get started with olympic lifting. After a few months of working with Benji, I'm lifting weights I never dreamed I'd be hitting by now. He's very knowledgeable and breaks down technique in a very approachable way. And not to mention, he's a great hype man. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Benji for a few weeks now after having some time away from the gym with a lower back injury. Benji has invested his time in understanding my injury, speaking with my chiro and planning best approach in building my strength and fitness back up by peeling it right back and identifying the weak points that have caused me issues in the first place. I’ve been weight training for 15+ Yrs but Benji has been able to teach and show me new things and the importance of building a strong foundation and getting the basics right especially around strengthening my core and glutes and correct form to prevent further injury. Benji is a great motivator and pushes you to be your best but is also great for a laugh along the way. The way he interacts with his other clients around the gym is like mateship and everyone loves him. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Fantastic experience: I have always been super active, but for health reasons needed to take 12 months off training. Benji has been my secret weapon in building back my fitness and strength, and 3 months in I am in a much better place physically. He knows how to push me just beyond my comfort zone, is technically extremely knowledgeable so I work out efficiently and effectively, and also is flexible and accommodating when schedules change. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Benji has an extensive knowledge of fitness/conditioning and a great understanding of the way the human body works, what is needed for overall improved health and how to move better. He has demonstrated a greater knowledge than most personal trainers I have ever come across in the industry. He knows the difference between good technique and bad technique. Some trainers just know how to push you but do not know the ins and outs of the science behind the training. Benji however seems to have had extensive training at a high level and understands the way movement should be to get the best results. He is passionate about his job and loves sharing his knowledge. I am into the details and he cares about them too. He is far from lazy and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are getting the best possible results for the time and energy they put into a training session. He has been punctual and reliable as a trainer who has guided me for many years. I have followed him around from gym to gym to ensure I get the best PT sessions available. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for one of the best personal trainers in Sydney :)

Fantastic experience: I started training with Benji about two months ago. Prior to this I was training 3x per week, swimming, rock climbing and doing a mountain climbing trip once per year. Suffice to say I thought I was in good shape! However Benji was able to quickly identify a number of weaknesses and we have focused on building strength and mobility in these areas. This is exactly what I needed and from my experience there are few coaches out there who can provide this level of indepth coaching. The results speak for themselves! I have within a short space of time broken a lot of personal bests, improved technique and increased flexibility. Looking forward to putting this all to good use on the Matterhorn in July. Fantastic experience: Have been training with Ben for a bit over 6mths specifically with Olympic lifting, and it has been an incredible experience so far, I am loving the process and little by little being able to turn over weights that previously I never thought I could. I feel I have achieved quite a bit in my short time training, I feel stronger and have a basic understanding of good technique. Ben is a great coach with a unique holistic approach to training; phased personal programming, strength, accessory movements, range of movement, diet, energy the works. Best of all Ben explains everything in simple enough terms (good for people like me with limited knowledge of all of the technical terms) so you have a lot to think about and also have a better understanding of what you are doing and why, as well as where you can be better or push a bit harder and he does it all with genuine enthusiasm, which is great - because you feel better or can be in a better mindset about lifting or chasing a heavy PB.
Fantastic experience: Benji's unique approach to personal training is unlike anything I have experienced before. He has a wealth of knowledge for all kinds of strength conditioning whether it be Power lifting, Olympic lifting, or mobility and if it weren't for his guidance, there's no way I'd be lifting heavier weight with out the right form or technique. Highly recommended to anyone whether you're a beginner or pro, because chances are he will teach you things you wouldn't have known before and will be able to apply it to your training
