Fantastic experience: Joining The HIIT Factory has been truly transformational both physically and mentally! After many years of not exercising and prioritising my health after many uninspiring gym memberships in the past. In January I decided to join for one the 6 week challenges and from the first session I have been hooked. The coaches are so super supportive and help to adjust the workouts to suit your capabilities. The community is welcoming and encouraging filled with so many great people. Colette and Gaz make you feel like family, they share their knowledge and experience freely to motivate and inspire you to reach your fitness goals. So happy I found The HIIT Factory.

Fantastic experience: Not many people can say they have been a nember of the same gym for nearly 10 years....but I have :) The instructors are amazing, the formats cover everything you need and more, the music is pumping and most of all you get to be part of an amazing community! You won't look back! Highly recommend

I remember being a beginner in the gym, and the crew were so helpful! Definitely recommend this bunch to everyone

Fantastic experience: Incredible coaches and highly motivating classes with different options in class for different fitness requirements. Very flexible timetable with the opportunity to either attend in person or stream from home which works great with busy family and work timetables. Regular opt in challenges to further motivate and further maintain results too. Glad to have discovered The HIIT Factory!

I will be turning 60 next year and after caring for my elderly parents physically and emotionally for the past 3 years whilst in Aged care I have decided to ALSO look after myself!! I have lost 20 kgs in 18 Months-the Meal plans are so delicious, easy and wholesome, and I look forward to my exercise plan EVERY Morning - do yourselves and your families a favour!! Join this incredible crew - I also join virtually as I'm in Sydney - no problems at all x

Fantastic experience: Discovered The Hitt Factory during lockdowns for a 6 week challenge and haven't looked back. I love their Livestream delivery options. Being live with trainer on screen and being able to see me and being able to see some other members working out has kept me accountable. I love all their different workout options to meet strength and cardio goals. Also love when I can get into the studio the energy is great, especially spin with the lights down and music rocking. All the trainers are great and such a supportive community. Highly recommend the Hitt Factory.

Fantastic experience: Love all the classes, level of variety and ability to be able to have the convenience of training from home but still be in a live class while they push you harder! The livestream class option was a life saver during COVID lockdowns and now continues to be a great fit for a busy family lifestyle. The HIIT Factory trainers are all fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Loving the Hiit Club Yarraville. I started a few months ago quite unfit and the team there are very welcoming & supportive and I could build up my fitness at my own pace. Great short sharp classes that work for me So glad I got started feel so much better for it!

Fantastic experience: The HIIT Factory fits our busy family life so perfectly! It can be hard to find time in the day but 30mins we can do. There’s heaps of variety of both strength and cardio, and my husband loves it too! We also love all the friends we’ve made along the way - such a great community. I’m definitely a raving fan!

Fantastic experience: If I could give this gym 6 out of 5 I would! I live in Ireland and have been availing of their livestream option and on demand platform. Their coaches and variety of classes are all amazing, fun but push you to get results! Training at home is awesome, kids get involved and I fit in a wee session when I’ve got a spare 30min. The challenges and meal plans are fabulous too. Love it!

Fantastic experience: The HIIT Factory has been the best thing to come out of 2020 for me!! 30 mins to myself in the morning leaves me with the energy and clear mind I need for the rest of the day. Loads of live stream and on demand options to get us through lockdown in Melbs. First time I’ve felt fit in 5yrs and 2 babies. I have never been consistent with exercise, but in 4 months with the HIIT Factory I’ve hardly missed a day. I’ve been able to create healthy habits that I know will stick with me for life. The instructors all have good technique and clearly know what they are doing which is really appreciated. I normally feel each of the 30 mins when working out, but time feels like it goes fast with their workouts which is GREAT

The instructors know how to get the most out of you - whether in person or streaming - and provide the right levels of guidance, laughter and fun to achieve that. The varied timetable means that there is no excuse not to train!

Fantastic experience: HIIT classes make me work out much harder than if I exercised on my own, they’re very encouraging! They’re also doing a fab job of keeping everyone fit in isolation with their livestream workouts!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a gym person but I've ended up committing to The HIIT Factory as the workouts are only 30 minutes and even if you're doing the same type of session it's always a different workout so you never get bored!

Fantastic experience: I have been in a love hate kinda r/ship with gym. HIIT factory has definitely changed and expanded in the last couple of years but it is still my favorite gym to go to. Various workout using body weight to equipment. Very motivated instructors, lovely online community on fb. Bookings made via Mind Body app.

Fantastic experience: The HIIT factory is a great place to train. The work outs are tough but varied and short so you don't get bored. The classes are really effective, the trainers are very encouraging and the classes are really cost effective. The team really make you feel relaxed and you walk out feeling super! I have done things like F45 before and that seems so over priced and way too serious, the trainers just walk around, not interacting at all. The only down side of HIIT is the classes sometimes seem quite overcrowded and they don't have any locations near work for lunch time classes!!
