365 Fitness Club

Negative experience: Ive been trying to join this gym for 2 days now, no one replys to emails no one answers the phone so i go there in person when they are open and theres a sign saying they are unstaffed but i can sign up online, i go to their website and there is no where to sign up. It feels like they dont care about their own business let alone the customer

Negative experience: As much as I was happy to continue making my fortnightly donation to the gym and not attend, it’s the high fees for missed payments even if paid same day that resulted in myself cancelling membership.

Positive experience: Learning the ropes with my ex phys.

Negative experience: How do you quit? No website or it is down.

Negative experience: Missed ONE payment. Very costly with $54 then taken out. No help from gym to sort with the supplier they chose. Going elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Went here for several months before I had to move April this year. Gym was clean, decent price and had a great range of machines and free weights. Seems to have somewhat of a powerlifting scene with a board for PB's, might be something some are interested in. Yes, there is some issues with rain and the roof, but that is not something that affected my usage of the gym because management stay well on top of an issue that is not their fault, being really diligent to make sure there are buckets out and changed in all the right places. Other than that, the few times I spoke to staff they were really friendly and happy to help!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and friendly atmosphere. Classes are excellent and full of laughs. Kelly the Manager is very supportive and knowledgeable with helping you reach your goals.

Negative experience: Since the change of management, the lack of getting any equipment fixed seems to take years to repair. There's no ongoing maintenance to the gym equipment, the ceilings needs repairs due to water damage. Exposed wires hung from the ceiling and several buckets were used to catch the water when it rains. The reception area is a fire hazard and just looks like Management's dumping ground and is just a waste of space really. I asked if the place could be vaccumed as several weeks had gone past and I noticed the same dead cockroaches still lying in the same place and any request I made to have the gym clean during Covid-19 seem to affend the management, when it wasn't like this before. Management needs to communicate with their customers on a professional level and not get defensive when an issue is brought to their attention. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Fantastic experience: ❤❤❤ Love this gym it's the only one around that I feel relaxed and welcome. Classes on at all times to fit any schedule. Love Zumba with Kelly, Mel & Maggie. The ladies are always so friendly and up for a laugh .... oh and a good dance workout Love the other members so friendly I would recommend this gym to anyone especially other working Mums. Louise

Fantastic experience: The manager is amazing, the gym feels like a second home. Always willing to help with training tips and the classes are not only a great work out but a way to get to know some amazing people and have fun.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member now for almost two years. From day one, members and staff were friendly and welcoming. Had a recurring injury last year and staff have been very accommodating to modify exercises to meet my needs. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to 365 Fitness about 3-4weeks ago. I'm loving the classes and how friendly everyone is. The ladies are so accommodating for mums with kids, I look forward to branching out and trying more of their classes. For me - I was looking for a gym where I didn't feel intimidated walking in the door, I found it ❤

Negative experience: I would like to point out a few views from this gym under current management,Firstly for over 2yrs none of the equipment that has broken has never been fixed x2 back machines have been out of use for all paying members,Every time it rain's the ceiling boards fall through and buckets are placed to help catch the rain,not only 1 but atleast half a dozen,The gym is very dirty it only gets vaccumed once a week on a Friday from management and lastly if you as a member be aware that communication is very poor ther are no solutions on offer,A wonderful lady named Kelly will help you cancel your membership

Negative experience: While it is a small gym with a good amount of equipment available, the condition of the gym and the lack of equipment maintenance is obvious. For example, there are several holes in the walls and leaks in the roof that leave debris; which doesn't get cleaned up. Areas of the gym were blocked off due to the debris from the walls. There was a lack of care with the equipment. I attended this gym for over a month and visibly I could tell the machines/equipment were not thoroughly cleaned often. The management and the team seem lovely, however it is hard to look past these issues. I would consider coming back to this gym if these were fixed. Best future endeavours to the 365 Fitness Club.

Fantastic experience: Extremely grateful to our local friendly and cosy fitness club. It has everything you need. After almost three years been a member of 365 Fitness I'm so grateful to our local friendly gym and its management and trainers for all amazing classes, for good atmosphere and support. 365 Fitness helps me keep healthy.

Fantastic experience: 365 is a great gym to be apart of. Everyone makes you feel welcome both staff and members. The classes cater for everyone. It's the best gym that i actually enjoy going too.

The manager has increased equipment since being there and there is a great lifting area perfect for my needs. 24/7 access. Toilets and showers. Hygienic and clean. Highly recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: I love this local gym. It has a nice community feel about it and the size of it is not overwhelming like some of the other gyms in the area. The machines are easy to use and understand and the classes are great. I love that the manager organises regular group hikes and other activities outside of the gym. I feel so at home at 365.

Fantastic experience: This Gym was very flexible with their membership options, including a no lock in contract no joining fee and leave when you want to! This is billed weekly and was very useful to me as I was only staying nearby for a short time. There is also free classes run in a stall nearby with: Pilates, Boxersize and even a class for kids. 365 is located near coles some cafes and has a daycare nearby. The facilities were clean, weights were racked and staff are friendly. There are also PT's availible.

Negative experience: Be careful I gave the months notice to cancel and they continued to withdraw money out of my account. Then I rang to sort the problem and got a text back saying it was fixed yes I got a month refunded but today started taking payments again. Once you sign up you can’t get out!!!!

Positive experience: 365 Fitness Club is a community minded fitness facility. The gym is open to members 24 hours a day, however it is not always staffed. It offers flexible memberships with monthly payment. The facility has a good selection of fitness equipment. It offers group training sessions and personal training. It is a good addition to Kensington Village Shopping Centre.
