Fantastic experience: Impeccable vibes. The classes are always a fun time. The team are motivating, informative, friendly and make the sessions so fun! It’s been amazing for my overall mobility and strength. Amenities are stocked up with everything you could possibly need and there’s free mint mentos at the front desk! Cannot praise it enough :)

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend and the first thing I thought when starting up at KX Christie’s Beach was “there’s just no way” Being a bigger woman I really felt like it was too hard. I did it!!! I signed up for 5 classes and gave it my best shot! Now I couldn’t imagine life without KX! There’s so much support from the girls and they push you to do your best! I haven’t met all the trainers yet but so far Amber, Francesca, Laura, Sinead you’re all amazing and a special thanks to Amber for making days brighter and always assisting in altering excercises so I can really achieve results. Fantastic experience: What I love about KX Christie’s Beach is that it’s such a safe and inclusive environment. I leave every class feeling like I’ve achieved something; whether that’s improving physical strength, mental strength or just feeling more confident in myself and in my body. The instructors are so genuine and warm and it really is the little things like remembering who you are and being greeted with a happy face! The instructors explain the exercises so well and are always more than happy to help you out with form or positioning. I put off starting it for so long because I was intimidated but as soon as I did start I realised how unnecessary that fear was! 10/10 recommend to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: Such a great studio! I have been going 2-4x a week since they first opened and still look forward to each class. I’ve tried many different gym memberships and classes but never been able to stick to something consistently. KX has changed that for me! I feel myself getting stronger every week with the targeted and low impact exercises. All the instructors are so lovely and great at mixing things up to keep each class fresh and interesting, plus helping make adjustments to allow for beginners and soreness/injuries. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: 5.30am my alarm goes off so I can prepare for my 6am class at KX Christies Beach. I've never felt so empowered, flexible, strong and thankful for a 5.30am wake up - Thank you KX Christies for getting me up in the morning, starting my day right with a push. Feel blessed to be surrounded by such fun, happy, beautiful members and staff. Wouldn't change any of it, not even for a sleep in.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful studio! I had never tried pilates before but after falling pregnant I was looking for a safe way to keep my body moving. Sally has supported me all the way through my pregnancy with an amazing weekly pre/post natal class.....it has become my favourite day of the week! Looking forward to post baby where I can move to a beginner/intermediate class :)

Fantastic experience: I stumbled across KX Pilates Christies Beach when I was fulfilling a craving for bubble tea nearby, and I'm so glad I did. From the first trial to now, it's been an enjoyable journey with a motivated, welcoming and friendly team. Each workout is a challenge with the option to scale up or down, as you are feeling for the day. They always check in for any issues, and modifications are available for when you need them. The team are always open to any questions, feedback and requests. The space is always clean and bright with plenty of space to move around. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Where do I start. I'm middle aged and have tried many exercise programs, gyms etc before. I was so excited KX Pilates was coming close to home. I went to 1st class, that was the hardest!! And gee I felt it all week. Haha. I have been coming since the beginning. I absolutely love it! It's fun, energetic, motivational and everyone is so supportive. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to KX Christies for a fair few months now and the experience has been nothing other then fantastic. I hate going to gyms as I feel uncomfortable and judged all the time so I have always just paid memberships after memberships without even going. KX has been amazing and I have never felt so comfortable working out. The girls here are A+++!
