Fantastic experience: This is genuinely the best gym I’ve ever been too, it’s more than a gym, there’s a really community here. The owners and trainers genuinely care about not just your training but wellbeing and more. I’ve done pretty much every strength, yoga and Pilates class and have also use the open gym. There’s everything you need for a good training session and the classes are always a good balance of fun and difficult. For everything you get here it’s a good price and highly recommend this gym to anyone who’s looking for somewhere that provides more than just equipment

Fantastic experience: I've never constinsitantly gone to gym, or been big into it. Miguel the magnificent PT worked absolute miracles with me. Kept me consistent, met me not just at what I wanted but what I needed. I couldn't recommend him high enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Awake Gym and Wellness for about a year now, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. The gym is exceptionally well-equipped, impeccably clean, and feels very open and spacious. The staff are incredible and always willing to assist. They have created a fantastic vibe and a great sense of community. As well as being an open gym, they also offer a range of classes from strength to pilates/reformer and yoga. I've attended some of their yoga classes, which were awesome! Overall, I love it here and would definitely recommend Awake Gym and Wellness.

Fantastic experience: This gym is epic. New; state of the art equipment; couldn’t be cleaner; owners couldn’t be friendlier. I’m only using for the open gym (though the classes sound great), and it couldn’t be any more perfect .

Fantastic experience: Awake is such a nice space to train in. Ash’s strength classes are amazing and are more like a small group PT session. I’m lifting heavier and progressing every week! The team are so friendly and approachable and the equipment is such great quality - I’ve never seen so many squat racks I’ve tried a lot of gyms and this is by far the best!

The staff is excellent, displaying a pleasant demeanor, expert professionalism, and remarkable technical knowledge. Ash's strength classes were instrumental in introducing me to weightlifting, despite my lack of prior experience, and the experience has been truly remarkable. With a fully-equipped open gym, I have never had to wait to use any equipment while training. Overall, it has been an outstanding fitness journey thus far.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to take a strength class that had very low numbers and Ash really helped me with technique. His positive attitude and attention to detail really goes a long way. I really locked in some good lifts and always feel motivated to come back because of Ash’s attitude. Thanks, mate!

Fantastic experience: I love all of the group classes at Awake. Their equipment is great quality and the team there are always friendly and encouraging. My kids also love the mindfulness class each Friday afternoon. I wish there was more time in the week to go more often!

Fantastic experience: Personally I find this gym to be the best I’ve used in Melbourne, the staff are super friendly and the gym is always clean. The infra red sauna experience is amazing and private, the equipment is modern and reliable. Love it
