Negative experience: I joined club lime Brunswick a couple of months ago and I am really disappointed. The gym is dirty - the locker and toilet showers are filthy I have constantly expected to come in and find it clean but obviously there are no cleaners. I have reported it to the club lime customer line nothing has been done - if it’s not cleaned soon I will leave and transfer over to anytime fitness which is a cross the road and clean ! The gym is unhygienic so I will also report it to the health department now as well.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and great facilities. Reasonable and frequent sales!
Negative experience: Typing this at 1.40pm on a Monday afternoon while I stand in reception the last 20min with no help. I have called front desk (while at front desk) and have rung the bell multiple times with not a single response. Not one person has come to see me - so I guess I won’t be joining then. Absolutely shocking customer service. You may want to update your staffed hours…pathetic.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! It's clean and has better equipment than my previous gym. The staff are great too and are always smiling on the job, I always look forward to training!

Negative experience: Went in to sign up, sat in the waiting area for about 20 minutes unattended. Pressed the button to alert someone I was there.. no one come to see me. I even tried directly calling the number to let someone know I was there but the phone was calling through. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time when other gyms have people present to assist when you go in

Negative experience: This gym is putrid. If it wasn’t for convenience I wouldn’t go here. Every thing feels like I hasn’t been cleaned ever except the toilets are clean but the floors & walls in the bathroom look gross & the concrete floor is respectable. Otherwise it feels gross to be here.

Fantastic experience: I've recently joined Club Lime Brunswick, and I can confidently say it's one of the best gyms in the area! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with top-notch machines for both strength training and cardio. The 24/7 access is a huge plus, making it super convenient to fit workouts into my schedule. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or advice. I also love the spacious layout, which means I never feel overcrowded, even during peak hours. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and well-equipped gym!

Negative experience: Gym constantly runs out of wipes to clean the equipment. The gym itself is filthy and there is a bad odor coming from the bathroom area which is supposed to have a maintenance request for. So disorganized.

Negative experience: I asked the staff to cancel my membership but some how I have a payment of 300. I only went for a few days. The staff told me that I have to do something on the membership portal. I told them I don’t know how to and asked them to cancel my membership!!!!.

Negative experience: They will not let me cancel my membership unless I pay a disputed amount. This is insanity and this is by far the worst-run gym chain I have ever experienced. Give your money to a decent company and avoid these morons

Fantastic experience: It's not a bad gym for the every day man and woman looking to get into fitness and strength training it's not the biggest gym but it's okay staff are friendly and ready to assist and it's 24/7

Negative experience: I considered taking up a membership here as it’s my local, I didn’t even sign up or anything and I somehow received an email and call asking me if I was still interested in joining up That definitely made me less interested in joining, such an invasion of privacy to your potential customers!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, not too many people and plenty of equipment. I had some feedback on the gaps (not enough barbell locks, ropes, and EZ bars) and I got an update that the extra equipment was ordered

Positive experience: Great gym, new, clean and nice staff, I'd prefer a tag to get in but the app is okay. Now the purpose for this review... The toilet permanently smells like someone waffle stomped in the shower, it was fooking one of yas. Overall good expereience

Positive experience: Overall pretty decent Gym with just enough equipment. I would say it's missing maybe just a few things that keep it from being 5-star for me personally but the vibe and overall what you want out of a gym is great! If they can get more bicep equipment and 1 more flat bench for barbell bench would be perfect!

Negative experience: I signed up to this gym when it launched as a founding member. I was promised a membership for 12.90 per week for the lifetime of the membership. Not even 3 months later and they have increased the price of my membership. I am aware the contract states they can change the membership price at any time, I’m also aware the contract states I can cancel the contract at any time. This was my last month at Club Lime. I highly recommend avoiding this gym if you value honesty and transparency.

Positive experience: The gym is good, most of the basics but definitely missing a few things. Didn't have the best first impression about the staff, nobody shows you around like any other gym I've been a member of before, but a good deal if you have training experience and know what you're doing. I give 4 stars because I got charged for the first 2 weeks and getting the "free trial " on the next two weeks. Costumer service was friendly though.
