We are a brand new 24 hour fitness facility spread over two spacious levels. Never over crowded, we offer plenty of free weights equipment, benches, power cages, sled track, functional training and more. Our modern touch screen cardio machines include bikes, ellipticals, treadmills and rowers. We cater for the complete beginner to the advanced exerciser. Come and see for yourself!

Positive experience: It's not bad, but it doesn't have all the equipment for training
Thanks for your review. We aim to satisfy every member the best we can with the space we have & keep our memberships as low as possible. What equipment do you feel the club requires to give you the best workout?
Positive experience: After a few months at the gym have decided to leave and sign up to another facility. The gym itself is a little small, however it is sufficient for training. I'd add that the gym toilets could be clean more often as there's tissue and pee on the floor so often I go into them.
Positive experience: It's an ok facilty. A bit small but ok. Machines are in good condition and not to crowded.

Fantastic experience: Cheap price for quality. Great small gym but also has a wide variety machines which covers all muscle groups. Machines are always maintained by staff to a good standard. Ash and Taylor show and present a proffessional attitude at all times. They are receptive to suggestions in which could improve the gym with different machines or layout of the gym. On signup the contract was dictated with clear instructions if i wish to freeze or cancel my account. Process is simple if i needed to follow the couple of steps needed.

Negative experience: Disappointing. Been paying for over 6 months and have not entered the gym. I’ve been another country for a few months looking after family. I emailed to cancel. They want proof as they want me to come into the gym. They said, it was process to send evidence to head office, but why did they let my sister cancel many months ago for the same reason without evidence? Trying to scam people out of money. They say no locked in contracts, happy for you to pay for their service you don’t use, but they want you to send evidence that you are in another country. So, all they want you a a few more payments from my hard earned salary, until I can find “evidence” even though I don’t have a permanent address in NZ, or until I return for two weeks at the end of December. Sometimes, it doesn’t hurt to do the right thing, train your employees on to when to use their discretion to use common sense and move away from a “process” that just doesn’t make sense. . Stay away!

If any member wishes to cxl and is not able to come into the gym as per the membership agreement, we will always try to assist (this is why we asked for evidence that you are not living close).
We have free timehold so you can pause your payments while you are away, this can be done via email.
Regarding the reference to your sister cancelling, you may want to check with her as this is not the case and her membership is inactive but not from her cancelling.
If you wish to pause your membership please email the gym and we can stop payments until you return.
Negative experience: Only one cable workout machine with lots of useless stuff hanging around and only two sides where you can workout your biceps and triceps, but someone was using both for chest... ♂️ I had to leave disappointed. Running machines take forever to reach the desired speed, no matter up or down... Seated biceps curl equipment is not ergonomic at all - it is impossible to fully extend your arms, also in reverse - it is impossible to get a tight angle to work out the triceps, so awkward... (this is the problem with two other Plus Fitness locations).

In all honesty we would recommend booking in a fitness assessment with a p.t (no charge) to show you how to use the equipment properly as there are multiple cable and non cable machines available for training bi's and tri's not to mention many other exercises that can be done without relying on a machine. If you are interested see one of our staff during staffed hours and they will organise for you.

Positive experience: The staff here are incredible, always willing to help and have a lovely chat. The facilities are also good. It's not a very large gym but they've managed to fit in so many machines on their 2 floors. The people that come here are also nice. Love that it's open 24/7. It's also easy to find parking due to the location. Prices are great, there are always offers for new members signing up. My 4 stars and not 5 is just about the size. If it were a bit more spacey it would've been perfect. Otherwise great vibes, great gym.

Thanks for your feedback, as you would be aware most 24/7 gyms are a smaller footprint because they have the ability to be used outside the regular times of a traditional gym (like shift workers coming at 2am in the morning).
However did you venture upstairs as well as we have 2 levels?
You will find there is plenty of space for the members we have, if anyone finds it’s a little busy at a time either upstairs or down usually it’s quieter in the opposite.
Fantastic experience: Has @plufittnessedmonsonpark given Ryan .W a raise yet for his immaculate customer service and keeping the gym in order? Smiles and giggles all throughout. You can have an aesthetic gym but it’s staff like Ryan who makes the gym a friendly environment although it may be intimidating for new-comers which is not the case here at all. #giveryan&daniaaraise :))

Positive experience: I did a 3 day trial and looks like I'll be signing up! The gym is spacious and always kept clean, staff are super friendly and welcoming. The best part is that i can train properly without a hassle :)

Negative experience: Won’t even want to give half a star! Went to this club once, and it was so unkempt and dirty. The toilets smelling of urine, so unclean and dirty.

Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourself in our clean environment so to hear your feedback shocks us. We have professional cleaners along with our staff that follow a strict cleaning checklist. Unfortunately with any 24/7 environment we hope that people have respect for the facility (such as flushing loos) however this doesn’t always happen & you may have unfortunately experienced someone that had no respect visiting the bathrooms before you.
We apologise for any inconvenience & we hope you visit again as you will see from our reviews that this was not a normal visit.
Negative experience: The service was great at sign up, but when I wanted to cancel my membership, I got so much attitude from the person. She was rude and short with me. Why we can't just cancel membership over the phone, I will never understand. Plus from the point of cancellation, they need 14 days to process it, which means if your monthly payment cycle is within that period, then you're paying for something you clearly aren't going to use. Great gym, good equipment, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I was going to go back to them after a break, but now I'll look elsewhere.

Sorry to hear that your leaving us & that you don’t agree with our policies of 14 days notice to cancel (no lock in contacts) & coming into the gym to cancel. We do explain this to every member when they join, we have these policies to make sure there are no mistakes and that every membership is cancelled with the member receiving a receipt of cancellation when they cancel. You also have use of the gym for the following 2 weeks from cancelling your membership. We also offer free timehold so you can always pause your membership whenever you need.
We pride ourself on being a flexible gym so not locking you into a long term contract.

Fantastic experience: This gym is quiet, clean and peaceful. Never have had a problem. Even on the busy days there is barely anyone. Cleaners are always there, equipment is always clean, and gym is generally tidy.

Positive experience: Pretty good gym, just wish the people that went there wore deo. It has pretty convenient parking however the access to get to the complex area where the gym is annoying as the road access is only one way from Camden Valley way. They need a side street access.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this gym since they first opened. I live locally and it is very convenient to access. They have continually improved this gym and have recently expanded. All the equipment is state of the art and brand new! The gym is very spacious and always kept in top notch condition. Kayin the manager is a great guy, very friendly and personable. The gym has an overall great vibe, and the staff always make you feel welcome!
