Thank you for sharing your feedback. After a thorough investigation, we have determined that this review does not reflect the reality of our facilities or operations, and there is no record of your membership or interactions with our gym. We understand you have used a fake name as it is clear the accusations you are making are not true, but instead aim to ruin the reputation of our award winning facility which has won best fitness centre in Campbelltown along with being finalist this year, with the announcement to be made in the up coming weeks.

We take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all our members. We have contracted cleaners which clean the facility daily, and our facility is managed by a dedicated strata team to ensure the highest standards of quality. Additionally, our music is set at a motivating volume, carefully chosen to enhance the workout experience for our members. Staff can simply adjust the volume of the music however, the volume we select is to ensure it is loud enough to create a fun and motivating environment.

Our staff, including personal trainers, are present at the gym every day including weekends to keep an eye on the fitness centre. Furthermore, our office hours are 10:30am-6:30pm at our centre in Leumeah down the road for any new memberships.
