Fantastic experience: My triflex Review Triflex gym on Amy St regents park has to be one of the best male only gyms I have ever trained at has plenty of new weight machines, tredmills and a few bikes for cardio. First all credit goes to the owner of the gym who has built it up and designed it from scratch which has come up very nice. I have just met the owner and just through a breif convo could see he has a amazing heart and a good intention in aiming to educate and help everyone especially the youth to help develop and have a better understand of buildng a good character foundation and overall strong body development mentally and physically in and out side the gym. There is no guys with big egos and pride or swearing in this gym from what i have seen just good poeple with manners. The gym is always clean from walls to floor and equipment is always wiped with weights put back which is good to see and always has Air con through out the gym. Triflex isnt the size of a football field compared to other big gyms but it is perfect for me and the lay out is simple and new with plenty of mirrors and good lighting through out. I got a yearly membership which is cheap compared to some other gyms I have been to. There are other monthly payment options as well depending what suits u. When u sighn up You have a gym tag choice of triflex bag, shirt, protien bottle singlet or towel all designed nice with triflex logo on them u can pick what u like. I highly recommend this gym to all young and old men who would like to enjoy there training and feel good entering and leaving the gym. The staff there are the friendliest iv come across out of all in Sydney and the manager is very professional, ready to listen to consumer feedback and easy going to talk with.

The owner goes above and beyond expectations, not only does he help with the equipment and teachers you how to do it correctly but he also takes the time to know you on a person level. My son goes to this gym and everyday he has something good to say about the owner. Im always assured that my son is in a safe and comfortable place. Thank you.
