Peninsula Fitness Kippa-Ring

Fantastic experience: Was never one to go to the gym due to extremely bad anxiety and ADHD. Ever since starting at Peninsula Fitness my health has made a major turn around. The staff here are absolutely amazing and the people who come to workout mostly keep to themselves but are very friendly also. I have knocked down a major roadblock in life and that is pushing out of my.comfort zone to do something completely different, also signing up for PT as I need the extra push.

Positive experience: Price is good. Staff are nice. Equipment can be a bit outdated. But not a busy gym most of the times, which suits me and how i train.

Positive experience: Basic gym. Nice little boxing area which is better than the Margate version. You get what you pay for and the price is very fair

Love to Support a local business that does it well

I value the effort Lyre, Les and their fit crew put into making my experience a friendly and welcoming one. As well, they have collectively assisted with my fitness goals. I like that I have two locations to access, and both kept tidy and clean

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible gym, they lie about gym fees as well. Just save your money and choose any other gym, you will only regret going to peninsula fitness.

Negative experience: Worst gym on the peninsula the owner is a bully and very rude. And they kept overcharging me. Keep an eye on your bank account guys.

Fantastic experience: Love this place

Positive experience: Been here 2 years, overall a good gym. Good selection of weights, good cardio equipment, has two boxing bags. has all the machines you need really, not exactly state of the art but it does the job. Good environment. Would recommend, but with the nearby golds gym, good ole peninsula fitness will have some competition to deal with.

Negative experience: Overcharged account every single transaction, now ignoring messages, false advertising- set up account on the website for a price however when we went inside signed a contract that was advertised to be the exact same as the website however wasn't. They advertise that they have no joining fee but between the lines there's a 'set up' fee that is the exact same cost. Gym is a total rip off they change their pricing constantly and it never lines up with what you actually end up paying. Every member of this gym needs to check their bank account balances and their contracts in their emails (if they even sent it to you) and ensure they aren't being overcharged.

Positive experience: Needs a clock with seconds on the clock. Margate has got one. Where the boxing bags are there is a clock at margate with the second hand working thats great. At kipparing theres no clock timer up stairs at all. Definitely needs one up stairs where the boxing bags are. Boxers love training 2 miniute rounds or 3 minute rounds. Needs a timer with seconds up there.Thats a must. So important to a boxer to get in shape.
