Fantastic experience: Amazing workout place, very happy with the decision of joining in. Owners are great and people that train there are very friendly. It has a Healthy and fun environment that makes my everyday run smoothly. I stopped wasting my time at my previous gym where I wasn’t really sure what to train and was constantly on my phone. Here I go, train hard and in a 45 min session I burn over double the amount of calories that I used to at the gym, not even thinking about it, and the best part is that I don’t even need to think which exercise I should do next as everything is already organised and clear, as the coaches do a quick run through the session before it starts. It’s part of my routine now and hopefully it keeps on like that for a long time. Awesome work guys, thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop mermaid beach has an awesome vibe that makes you want to be there. The trainers are super supportive and always take the time to explain and show every exercise, which makes the challenging workouts way more fun. Switching things up from my usual gym routine has been refreshing, especially when my motivation was low. The classes have really reignited my passion for fitness and helped me push my limits. If you’re looking to boost your workouts and have a great time, I definitely recommend !!

Fantastic experience: Good clean gym with friendly and knowledgeable Coaches. My wife and I found other members who train here to be inclusive, non judgmental and highly encouraging. This is not just another gym, it’s a community of like minded people who are all on their own fitness journey whether it be someone who's just stepped foot into a gym for the first time or a seasoned athlete.10/10

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I was very new to this style of training before I joined and wasn’t sure whether I would like it or not, but since I’ve joined I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym. All the staff members have personally taken the time out to introduce themselves to me and get to know me and during the sessions are always pushing me to reach my potential. Not only have I noticed a difference physically since joining, but also my mental resilience has improved. The community here is fantastic and very supportive of each other! A huge thank you to all the staff for making each session enjoyable and a special shoutout to Joel and Jess for creating an incredible atmosphere and always checking in to make sure I’m still enjoying training at the gym

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Fitstop every day for the past 10 months, and as I prepare to take a 5-month break to visit my family overseas, I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude. Fitstop has truly become a second family to me, and I will always carry these memories with me on my journey. What makes this gym special is that it’s a place where I can truly be myself without fear of judgment. The people here push each other to their limits in the best possible way, and thanks to this support, I’ve achieved my best results in these 10 months. A huge thank you to the instructors for always keeping the workouts fun and challenging. I’ll be away for the next five months, but I promise to keep up my exercises and come back even stronger. Stop at nothing!

Fantastic experience: So glad to have come across Fitstop Mermaid Beach!! I moved to the Gold Coast on my own and was really keen to meet people and get into Functional Fitness and this has been the perfect way to do both. The community here is unmatched... The classes are super accessible yet challenging, and the energy is always so good. The trainers are so friendly and good at going through moves if you're a newby. Couldn't recommend it enough!!

Fantastic experience: Perfect place for you to stsrt your fitness journey and build your strengths and muscles in a beautiful atmosphere. Everyone is nice and willing to help. You go there for a 50-minute session, and you're done for the day. Highly recommended

Sessions are available in in the morning and afternoon, so there is never an excuse to miss a session. The Mermaid Beach location is something else though! The trainers always bring the vibes. Those days you don't feel like going to gym, you are guaranteed to leave with a sweaty smile on your face. The Mermaid Beach location is more than just a gym, it is a family. The gym offers multiple opportunities for members to mingle and grow as a community, including breakfasts and ice baths after Saturday sessions. Get in and see what it's all about... you'll never want to leave!

Fantastic experience: I could not reccommend the Mermaid Beach Fitstop enough! All of the trainers are incredibly welcoming and make you feel comfortable no matter your level of experience! There is also a really good balance of being pushed to achieve what you didnt before realise you were capable of, and staying injury free / being able to create a sustainable training routine.

Not only do we have support for our players to train there, each year FItstop Mermaid Beach donates a raffle prize to our annual Ladies Day event, which raises money for our selected charity, Radio Lollipop. Thank you Fitstop Mermaid Beach for being so amazing and supporting your local community!

Negative experience: Went for a free session and the main trainer was too busy trying to flirt with the women there to have time for anyone else and seemed inconvenienced when I asked questions and took his attention away from the female clients, the big one with the bigger ego is a looser.. obviously changed my name for anonymity
