Fantastic experience: It's not a big place but it has a good selection of machines and exercise area. I've been going to the gym for 3-4 years now about once or twice a week. Recently secured a personal trainer at the gym...what a difference. It's amazing how someone pushing you a little can make such a difference. Now going 4 days a week and looking 10 years younger.

Fantastic experience: I'm staying locally for a fortnight and this place has been amazing for short term membership. Even offers a free 3 day trial However, whilst on trial make sure to only attend during the staffed hours (photo attached) as you can't access the gym otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym to train at! Not only is the staff kind and respectful, the community in which it has built is truly amazing. While it may not be the biggest in terms of space, the owner has effectively maximised the room to include a wide array of machines, free weights, and a functional training space to accomodate for different styles of training. While many other gyms don't upgrade their equipment for years, Pete has a visionary dream to transform this small gym to become one of the best gyms to train. With new equipment constantly arriving and renovations in the works, there is no better space and community to train at. Strict cleaning and sanitisation protocols are implemented to ensure the cleanliness of the gym to ensure all members are staying safe.

Positive experience: Excellent gym and always clean however it is too crowded at usual times. The leg machines are unnecessary and take up room that could be better used for curl racks and benches

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been in - and I have been in many!! Opening my business Simone Conly Exercise Physiology (SCEP) at Forest 24/7 Fitness in Oct 2021 was one of the easiest decisions to make. The owner Pete is incredibly passionate and works extremely hard behind the scenes to provide the best gym experience for all members. The gym is cleaned multiple times a day and is held to high cleaning standards - it is spotless! Great cleaning policies also mean all machines are sanitised before and after each use by members. As a 24/7 gym its security features are excellent. When signing up, all members participate in an orientation where they learn all about the gym's security. Members can feel safe no matter when they train! The gym has become my second home. The amazing community atmosphere experienced is rare for a gym. The owner Pete's passion for his business, and the amount he gives back to the members, makes this gym unlike any other. Since Pete's new ownership in August 2021, Forest 24/7 Fitness standards have risen exponentially. With continuous new additions and frequent updates, I am excited to see what the future looks like for this amazing gym. 12/10 recommend!

They Offer Personal Training, and Free Classes at Set Times Available, With A Wide Range Of Equipment In A Cosy and Compact Space. You Are Able To Get A Really Good Workout In While Feeling Right At Home! New Machines and New Equipment Have Already Been Added and Replaced, With More To Come. Forest 24/7 Fitness Is A Constantly Improving and Evolving Environment Under The New Management Of Pete. Sanitization and Cleaning Protocols Are Implemented To Ensure You Are Covid Safe During The Pandemic, And Most Importantly To Have The Best Experience While You Train At The Gym! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: 13Nov21 UPDATE 5 WEEKS Despite being busy with the local RFS Fire Brigade, Remembrance Day and my Air Force related roles I have managed a loss of 5.5 kilos in 5 weeks. Peters advice and guidance adds considerable value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Well having seen a photo of myself on a motorcycle ride on the weekend I realised that I developed a side effect from Covid-19. Not the virus but the aesthetically disgusting 'Covid Curves'. so I knew it was time to re-acquaint myself with that difficult cure commonly known as exercise. I rang Peter at 24/7 Fitness arranged to meet and have a look. I was that impressed I signed up immediately and had my first training session a week under a year from the last time I was in a gym. Peter who is professional, friendly, genuine and who like me has been involved in a sport requiring fitness and resulting injuries knows what he is talking about. A local business and business person that I will be supporting with my business from now on.

Negative experience: SO UNCLEAN, SWEAT EVERYWHERE, DISCUSTING

Positive experience: Well kept gym, could do with a couple more machines.
