Fantastic experience: If you want to have a fabulous and challenging experience with Pilates "Bodyrok" is the place to go whether you're a beginner or a long time member. Each class is different, (I have never been to the same class twice), the instructors are encouraging and knowledgeable and I have come away from every class feeling great. I have been exercising my whole life and I have found Pilates the best "whole of body" workout there is.

Positive experience: BodyRok is amazing & I cannot speak anymore highly of the incredible instructors. Being 29 weeks pregnant, all instructors are accommodating and happy to assist and provide alternatives so I can feel included in all classes. I wish I had of joined up before falling pregnant! My only issue is the 12 hour cancellation policy. Its hard to know you will unable to attend a class 12 hours in advance. I believe in a cancellation policy for fitness classes, but 12 hours is a little steep.

Positive experience: Venue, equipment, booking process and the instructors overall is great. Two observations however There's a huge variation in class workout intensity and not much info online to understand this. One workout I couldn't move the next day and was happy to find it worked. Another was so light touch and to be honest a let down. In this particular class whilst the instructor was engaging, obviously skilled and lovely, there was a lack of professionalism as they allowed themselves to be distracted by a client who was more intersted in conversation and spoke for the bulk of the class. I pay and attend to switch off and get a proper workout and have have limited time..I didn't get much out of the class because of this and whilst the time suits me I don't know if I'll attend it again. It may require a certain level of client etiquette to respect others and be reminded that the class requires more attention and focus during a workout. Conversations can be had after....

Fantastic experience: Have tried many studios before sticking with Bodyrok and I’m glad I did. Instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good mix of instructors so classes are varied. They can cater classes to any fitness level which helps when was pregnant. Definitely recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this studio for over 7 years now, love the vibe here. Every instructor has something different to offer, which I love, no class is the same which keeps it intersting and fun. Always have a great workout and the instructors are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable no matter what your level you are. Love a workout environment that really gets to know their members and can build up that relationship with each client. Highly recommend BodyRok.

Negative experience: **UPDATE** Still have not received a refund. And the response to my review just clarifies the lack of professionalism I experienced and continue to experience months after my initial complaint. I experienced the worst class I have experienced in my whole time doing reformer pilates. The instructor spent the whole class having a personal conversation with one of the class attendees. I'm not one to give feedback but this behaviour and conversation was completely inappropriate and personally triggering for me (and not why I attend pilates classes), so in this case I felt like I needed to provide feedback, as a manager myself I would want to know if this was happening in my business. On receiving a response from the studio manager I was told that a conversation would be had with the instructor, it became apparent to me that the instructor was informed of who I was and she tracked me down on Instagram. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I no longer felt comfortable returning, or even welcome in the studio. I informed management and requested a refund for my 10 class pass I had purchased. I was told that 'refunds for change of mind are not available' and that I can transfer the credit to someone else (like I would recommend anyone I know to attend this studio). I was also later told 'sorry that you feel your privacy has been breached by a particular instructor viewing your public profile outside of business hours' like their lack of professionalism as a business is my fault. They are still refusing to give me a refund. I am truly disgusted with both the instructor and how management has handled this whole situation.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, I joined bodyrok after a shoulder injury, the experienced staff guided me with the correct Pilates and Reformer exercises, now I have full movement and stronger than before the accident.

Fantastic experience: In-between my back surgery I saw Olivia to help with pain management and to strengthened my core, the care I received was fantastic, the studio is beautiful and the girls are all lovely.

Negative experience: The vibe is completely off in this studio. I don't know what vibe they were going for when putting reformers outside a toilet and in a kitchen. There's one instructor who just won't shut up and just loves talking about herself. There are much better studios in the area with friendlier staff and a complete overall vibe. It’s a massive NO for me!

Negative experience: They used to have a great instructor for yoga so I purchased a 20 class pass worth $270. They suddenly changed the yoga instructor to someone who plays music like it's a nightclub and who simply is incomparable to the previous instructor. I wanted to get my refund for the 20 class pass which was completely unused and they refuse. This place doesn't care if you're happy with their classes or not, all they care about is your money. I would certainly recommend going somewhere else where they care about their clients and where you won't lose your money.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to BODYROK was great! The instructors are all so welcoming and I felt confident and right at home after the first class. It was my first time doing a reformer class and Shantel took me through everything I needed to know about the reformer and was really helpful whenever I was unsure of any of the exercises. A beautiful studio and lovely instructors to go with it! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great place for a work out, after many years of gym classes, tennis and running, reformer was the first class where i saw a dramatic change in my body, especially after 3 kids. Beautiful fit out and a fun bunch of trainers.

Fantastic experience: Very clean studio (doesn't smell of sweat like other studios), and great instructors who are confident, upbeat, positive and not pretentious. Not many places per class so it feels intimate, personal and you can be corrected/helped if you are doing something wrong, something you wouldn't be able to do at some of the other studios who have more people in their classes.
