They'll push you to do your best and will help you get results The classes are a great mix of cardio and strength and there's always a bit of fun to be had. Joining F45 Melton was one of the best decisions I made and I cannot recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my positive experience with F45 Melton. I started 20 weeks ago & was welcomed by Carolyn & the team of staff immediately. Feeling so ready & inspired to gain a healthier lifestyle & increase my fitness. That has definitely happened. I managed to win a challenge, lose weight & cm’s off my body, gain muscle & most importantly gain confidence in myself again. I’ve currently lost 16kg with just a little bit to go to reach a personal goal. I’m eating more food than I thought possible lol, & I know with the help of F45 Melton I’m going to be my best. Fantastic experience: My partner asked me to get into shape so I joined F45 Melton. I've taken one class and I'm pretty sure I'm dying. I'll definitely keep going. The owner is funny and the atmosphere is way less cult like when compared to other crossfits. 10/10 will attend again Update: I attended again. I'm so high on endorphins right now I can't even remember my own name. The owner maintains a great atmosphere and is a pro at yelling at me to 'lift it up one more time'. She's not one of those trainers that reminds you to 'breathe'. I was told tomorrow is a 'weights day'. I'd like to go if my legs work but I'll likely aim for Wednesday. Pretty sure this is how I'm gonna die, but at least it's fun.

Fantastic experience: Fun place to do exercise and stay motivated....I started F45 to try something different...a challenge, and F45 in Melton made two days a week senior friendly....and I am a Senior...and I’m friendly. My experience here has been fun and very rewarding, I find the instructors helpful and everyone in the class ready to help and encourage, it’s 45 minutes of very rewarding exercise I’m only sorry more seniors don’t come along and try, but I enjoy being the eldest and still keeping up...so well done F45 !!!!!
