Negative experience: If you don't pay over $100 a week to have supervised training sessions you pay over $55 per week to use machines without supervision as staff are too busy with full paying clients to be able to make sure other clients are using machines correctly to prevent injuries. 1 on 1 training sessions are good but not necessary for more than 6 weeks. If they assigned a staff member to walk around to correct all clients' technique they would score 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: A superb cross between a strength training gym and physiotherapy centre. If you have any weakness in your back or any part of your body for that matter, then these guys will get you stronger than pretty much any other time in your life.

Fantastic experience: I frequent Kieser Mosman for physiotherapy sessions with Gill Bechard. Gill is a brilliant physio, very knowledgeable and hands on with treatment (follows up outside treatments, lays out treatment plans, and works through any goals that I may have). Will follow her anywhere.

Fantastic experience: Had the great pleasure to go through treatment for an recurring back pain everyone was super professional and great to work with! Arrived with recommendation from a spinal surgeon of having to undergo a larger surgical operation, but after about 3 months with Kieser the pain was gone and I've been able to continue the exercise on my own. I would be very happy to recommend their service to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The Kieser system is awesome at identifying weak muscles. The machines the system uses then targets the muscles to strengthen them. All of the team members at Mosman Kieser are knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. This makes the experience there encouraging to get the desired results.

Fantastic experience: Since starting at Keiser I feel I am again back in the land of the living. Various injuries have put a stop to me being active which was very frustrating and I became wary of injuring myself again. From the moment I walked into Keiser I felt confident that help was at hand. Fantastic experience: I wish I knew about this place sooner. Having had a knee reconstruction twice on the same knee I've been having pain for years. But now after physio and supervised strength training I've changed my lifestyle ability. Gill is a very skilled physio with a kind empathetic approach. Andrew is a precious and caring coach but he can make you work. Kieser is not like any gym I've been to... it's better... it's made for real people who just want to be stronger and more able in the day to day. The system of physiotherapist working with excersise scientists is great but the friendly welcoming staff is what makes it. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Kieser Mosman is a great place to visit and undertake your training and/or physiotherapy. All the staff are energised, friendly, positive and incredibly knowledgeable. It is a great environment for everyone and most importantly the staff manage/track your progress and take a genuine interest in helping you improve. The staff work brilliantlly as a team and I highly recommend their programmes.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to these guys by a work colleague, who told me they where different to the usual physio, which to me is usually a red flag. But in this case I decided to give it a go, although was not expecting much. now after several months, I will admit I was very wrong, my original problem which I went in for, is much better, and I even feel better. just as I was told from day one, this is not a quick fix, you need to be "all in" for the long haul, but the results are most welcome for me, I have signed up for the next year, and now am happy to recommend them

Fantastic experience: The exercise plan is targeted to areas of the body that need strengthening and I can be, in and out, in 30 mins. Having played sport for many years, since joining Kieser, the recovery time is a lot shorter and injuries are a thing of the past. The team at Mosman are friendly, welcoming and know thier stuff. It's a shame that one can only award them a 5 stars for a 6 star performance.
