Fantastic experience: AMAZING! Each time I come into RESET it’s a positive experience. The staff are always caring, happy and I’m always looked after so well. Special shoutout to the wonderful Sheridan who always makes coming in such a positive and supportive experience. The facilities at both Fyshwick and Belconnen are excellent and I always feel refreshed, relaxed and like a better version of myself after my sessions. Thanks to all the staff, you guys rock!

Fantastic experience: I organised a group experience with Reset Recovery this past weekend and it was so great! Great communication, and very accomodating/flexible with our participant numbers. The guy (sorry I’ve forgotten your name!) who took us through the whole experience was fantastic. Really relaxed, friendly and informative. Thanks again guys.

Negative experience: Great infra red sauna - new to Canberra I was excited to find a sauna near home on the south side. I’m a regular user and as I started my treatment I was already planning to bring my sister and friends. It started well, I was greeted and had the sauna explained, the space was clean and it had a good ambience with relaxing music and I started to relax and decompress. It would have been a five star rating but due to the staff screaming in laughter and raised voices throughout my treatment it wasn’t a relaxing experience . Ok these things happen BUT it the response from the staff that has provided fodder for this review . When I was asked how I enjoyed the sauna, I was honest and said it was great except for the screaming voices and loud laughter ( heard through a room door, sauna door, music playing and being furthest away from reception) The response was “well this isn’t a spa experience” I agreed it wasn’t and that I was providing constructive feedback, and as they provided the services of body massage and saunas, perhaps it should be seen as a relaxing environment. I feel sorry for the owners because that arrogant response with no apology, demonstrated a total disregard for customer care and experience that will make or break their business. I wasn’t expecting anything more than a sorry it’s not normally this noisy, but I could tell the ( I think short blond haired manager ) couldn’t give a toss! Such a shame Looks like I’m travelling back to Belconnen !

Fantastic experience: This place is the best for recovery. Sheridan and the team are always friendly and professional. Their compression therapy and cryotherapy is excellent!! If you want a recovery this is the place for you. Thanks

Fantastic experience: This place is bloody awesome! The entire facility is badass and the staff have made it so easy to have a great time gettin’ all wellnessy, shout out Sheridan! Love this place, train, sauna and cold plunge here y’all.

Negative experience: We really tried to like this place but unfortunately Sheridan behind the front desk soured the experience for the duration of our membership. Customer service is certainly not her calling. We always felt unwelcome walking in the door and she was rarely happy to help with requests. She appeared to take it personally if we splashed water anywhere so we would use our towels to mop the floor, we were anxious about her shower time limits and always made aware of her closing time. Our guests felt uncomfortable and unwelcome after interactions with her as well. It is also not clear in the membership terms that the minimum period is double what they advertise due to the notice period. Reset’s saving grace is the privacy of the rooms, cold pools and fair pricing.

Fantastic experience: Just as important training, is your recovery. This centre has almost everything you need. I used the compression therapy, sauna, and ice bath and felt all the better for it. An easy process and well priced, with memberships available for regular visitors.

Fantastic experience: I had a massage with Antonio while I was down for a holiday and was so happy with his work, that I booked in a second massage before I left for the weekend! He's got a unique approach and it worked wonders. He also took the time to teach me what he was doing, so I could keep it up after leaving. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing antonio for 2 weeks now and am booked in again next week. He’s done wonders for me with a very different approach compared to a standard masseuse! He is such a great person and just wants to help you and I couldn’t be more happier to keep going and seeing him as I’m a person with terrible back issues for such a young age and he wants to help me live a healthy and joyful life!

Fantastic experience: Super relaxed atmosphere, ideal for anyone needing some time to look after themselves. Great staff and super knowledgeable. Awesome to spend half a day chilling through the facility.

Fantastic experience: I had a remedial massage with Antonio, who was so specific and professional. He showed me issues I had no idea about, and some simple, but amazingly effective ways to improve them to keep me progressing in life and my powerlifting. He is so friendly and willing to share knowledge, it was fantastic-thank you!

Fantastic experience: Yoga - Went for a yoga session. Front of house were chilled an welcoming. The yoga room is very newly renovated and well setup, has mirrors which are useful for an amateur to see what I am doing. The instructor Annika was experienced and helpful. She tailored a couple of the poses to target a specific pain I was having. Great all round option for yoga in Fyshwick. I am keen to try the float tanks next.

Fantastic experience: A relaxed atmosphere to unwind. It has all the facilities you’d expect, as advertised, and all the usual comforts, but without the attitude you might expect.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a number of float tank service providers in Australia and even overseas. R&R are hands down the best. The Staff are chilled but professional. Amenities are 2nd to none. Can be a little trick to find the first time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
