Fantastic experience: Been going to F45 Grovedale for 2 years now and absolutely love it!!! Had to resort back to training at home during ISO but it’s not the same. Love being back in the gym and having the awesome trainers push and motivate you to train your hardest. Great results and never felt fitter and stronger!

Fantastic experience: Awesome studio in a great location with even better trainers. I find it hard to motivate myself to get down to the gym for a cheeky sesh, but going to f45 Grovedale takes the stress out of the workout and I'm seeing results like never before!! Spoke to the owner directly and he really pushed me in the right direction to make a change in my gym routine for the better. Love this f45!!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I have found F45 Grovedale! The trainers and space of this studio is fantastic! I have been to other studios and the floor space is sometimes squishy and uncomfortable - not at F45 Grovedale! It is such a nice open space and training here is super motivating, thanks to the friendly trainers. You would be crazy not to sign up here!!

Fantastic experience: Trainers are motivating and full of knowledge. I was one of the anti F45ers but now I throughly enjoy it. Everyone’s so welcoming and the different classes keeps it enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at F45 Grovedale. I was very hesitant at the start thinking I was not fit enough to start F45. But it doesn’t matter what fittest level you are at the coaches there accomodate to your needs as well as pushing me to achieve all my fitness goals. Courtney and the team at Grovedale are super helpful and energetic that make exercise enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym and F45! The whole crew are genuine people! They give great support, and truly take the time to care about each and every individual. I've never been so motivated to look after myself before in my whole life! I get bored in a normal gym, but it's not the case here as every single day is completely different!! And best of all... I don't need to think for myself! It's planned out for me! I just follow the unique well tailored session each day and push myself to the limit for 45mins! Thanks heaps guys! Fantastic experience: F45 Grovedale is the first gym I’ve ever gone to where I’ve stayed motivated to keep coming daily for longer than a week (almost 9 months since I joined now)! The workouts are always changing and adapting and the staff are kind, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. This gym has great atmosphere and a friendly team of both staff and fellow members. Thanks guys ☺️

Fantastic experience: Ash and crew are very welcoming and encouraging. No matter what your fitness level is you are made to feel equal and there is plenty of help from trainers to improve your technique and keep pushing. 45 minutes passes so quickly that you are left wanting to come back time and time again. Studio is nice and big and very clean!!

Fantastic experience: A-MAZING! Usually im heistant to try out new gyms, but after just a week IM HOOKED! The staff are so energetic, motivated and knowledgeable! The gym itself is so clean and modern! They have plenty of secure storage and I was really impressed by the cool decor. There are roller doors at the front AND the back of the gym that lets the fresh air flow through - plus there's heap of giant fans around! Just be aware... its addictive!!! :)

Fantastic experience: Great energetic team, nice big space and great people to work out with. I normally train at a gym but struggle to get motivated and work hard so i find F45 a more motivating and fun way to work out.

Fantastic experience: Brand new equipment. Tunes were cranking with the DJ booth. Had showers and a little outdoor area to hide when you feel sick after the girls make you cry on the spin bike. Great atmosphere and lots of high 5ing.
