Fantastic experience: This is a great local club with a great environment. Alli is awesome as the club manager. I had an issue recently that she absolutely went above and beyond for sort out for me. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Super loud music , it’s like working out in a night club. Lacking bicep curl machines.

We also take on your feedback regarding bicep curl machines and will take into consideration for any future decisions regarding equipment in club. Negative experience: Feels like an actual sauna inside… actually ridiculous to the point I don’t want to train because it’s so hot

We are sorry that your training at our facility has not lived up to your expectations. We have been having some issues with our Aircon which have since been resolved and you should be able to continue your workouts in peace knowing it is nice and cool inside.

Fantastic experience: I love it because it's never crowded, probably not good for the owners, but as a customer, it's amazing! All the equipment you could ever need for any type of training you choose to do. They don't do classes like a Goodlife does. It's just a gym with plenty of good equipment choices. Even has a punching bag! Easily accessible from the car park. Has disability access (elevator) as it's on the first floor.

Fantastic experience: I trained here for the first time this morning and it was AMAZING! The facility is the best in the area with all the equipment you would need for a good session. The staff were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Its a wonderful area, great parking and so close to the shops and coffee :)
